What about Maeda Keiji? Decent awoken skills, rounded stats however. I do have all of the standard heartbreakers max skilled. With Bastet, it's the reliably making > 5 combos part that is causing me grief. I can make 5 at will, but I go up to 6 only about 50% of the time. More practice I suppose. My team for that is currently;
A. Bastet/ A. Bastet, Verdandi, G/L Mei Mei, Lui Bei, G/B Sonia. Plan is to get a GZL (ha, plan) and Awoken MeiMei (I have all the mats, just need to level/evo).
Just installed and got Ra from the golden dragon. Wiki says its not recommended for new players, so keep or re-run the tutorial?

I might keep it... It is *not* very friendly for beginners, but the early game is pretty easy and once you get the hang of him he is pretty amazing.
I started with a much worse pull.
I started with a total trash pull and people told me it was fine
It wasn't and I was glad I rerolled
Ra at least becomes incredibly good eventually but I always recommend rolling until something that is more beginner friendly.
If you are in for the long haul no matter what then it doesn't matter there will be plenty more pulls - and I've been in a year and a half, with the equivalent of $120 in in-app payments and I've not gotten a ra so there's that to consider.
If you get frustrated and think you're gonna quit I'd say try rerolling then and see if you don't like it better when you can steamroll the start.
I'm expecting some kind of godfest for x-mas so save the stones you get from the first bunch of dungeons for a week imo~

Managed to get Zhou and chibi GZL with one stone. I've heard a lot about GZL, is the chibi one decent? Also, ugh, gonna take forever to level Zhou to 70.
Ugh, managed to get one Liu Bei with a lucky streak and back to not getting anything on #2. It's at least progress though!
Now my green team is sitting at Dandi leads, Dandi (not evo'ed at all yet), 2 Liu Bei's, and GZL in a pear tree.
I have a lot more fun with my finally put together D.Meta team though. D.Meta leads, Haku, Persephone, Dragon Caller Satsuki, and dark beach Valk. It's just a lot of fun taking some hits and then smashing in everything. It's weird being short on basic evo materials though for all the two ults (Haku, Persephone) I still need to do. I think I'm going to skill up my Durga for swapping with Satsuki for on demand 1 hp / x2 attack for whole team. Really coming together now.
I hit 650 days earlier this week myself.
@DoctorArch there's solid advice above. Ra isn't the most difficult but it's definitely not new-person friendly. In that pantheon for instance, the more friendly starters are Isis (actually who I started with) and Horus. That are all sorts of good starter gods now though, and you'll have enough for another couple of godfest rolls if it comes up this week like Blueblue said.
@DoctorArch , I have a spare account with a bunch of B-tier gods (a lot of the norse ones), but it's in the .data file format, so you'd need someone with a Jailbroken idevice to convert it to a device transfer code
I'm willing to swap around the comp a bit. I got to Lifive on 9, and died to the preemp. Otherwise, I had a good run. I just hate stoning Stam to figure this stuff out.
So the "co op dungeons" (you can still run them alone) introduced in today's JP update have some pretty crazy stuff in them.
The rogue dungeons like Zaerog 8 are in there permanently for 40 stamina, with new 50 stamina versions. I haven't tried all of them yet, but Zaerog's has a new floor of the three elemental PreDras (can be sold for 500 MP) that have 50 HP, hit for 24k each every turn, and have a trillion defense.
Elia and Grisar are now farmable in the upgraded and permanent God and Devil Rushes respectively. I tried checking out the God Rush myself, but Zeus Dios's preemptive has been upgraded to 31k.
Speaking of preemptives, the alt coin dungeons are in there too, permanent, no longer costing coins, and much harder. There are random enemies with preemptives like skill delay or hitting for 15k. Since you can potentially encounter 3 of them at a time, that means you need to be prepared to soak 45k damage without warning. On the upside, I believe there's now more skill up monsters present. And this update also changed a bunch of skill up monsters to no longer need evolving (fairies, chasers, bowl dragons, maybe more).
Oh, and the new Mecha Hera boss? 41 million HP, hits for at least 48k every turn, starts out with light and dark absorb and switches to a random new absorb every two turns. Fun times.
@Cantide so the power creep is real. I'll enjoy watching everyone else do those because fuck that noise.
I caved yesterday and fed my hyper Athena to Awoken Kirin. I also fed off some Shynpys to make some room, so Kirin is only one skillup from Hypermax. Quite frankly, I think skilling her up is largely useless because I only ever use her AS on an end boss; and mostly just because it's available.
Water Cat Dragon: perfect setup for LKali. If you don't have one, grab a combo lead and bring a LKali friend.

I wonder how long before Gungho is forced to switch to scientific notation.

That reminds me: when her HP reaches 20%, Mecha Hera does a 1000% gravity.
So, I gave up on farming nagas over the weekend after too many worthless skill up tries. Happy for the new Fire and Light special though. I have never had a MGMK II before and seems like a good way to get one and skill it up. Just for fun, if nothing else.
I plan to run water cat for the Seabowl and blue nyan, but I don't have much use for shotel so farming the cat itself seems pointless.

First Awoken card. Now what to do with her. Sub or lead?
You can do either - if I had her she'd probably see the most use as a verdandi or bastet sub but if I was gonna take advantage of the damage reduction she can certainly lead

Just hoping the team I make for Zhou does OK. Fingers crossed! No idea how bad Cauchemar is, though.
