SAB Kitty is probably the hardest to date.. huzzah for finally getting the bizarre kitty.
... FUCK. There's a SAB cat? I may have to actually log back in
Is it as annoying as Lady Wisteria Whiskington? I gave up on her because I couldn't be bothered to log in on the right day to get the right Bloodstone food AND do the ENTIRE STORY INSTANCE * AGAIN*.
SAB cat I found very frustrating, but got there.. Kitty! Depending on how good you are at precision jumping and spotting dart traps, allow an hour or 2.
We ended up running SAB Cat a few times, helping people out who hated Sab. I even switched to EU to help some streamer friend's viewers out with it. Its not too bad, but it is very time consuming. If anyone needs help with it, let me know I'm happy to run some fish to get people the cat before it runs out.

Sorry if I started sounding cranky there at the end, was nursing a headache since we started and it went full migraine during escort. I passed out till now
If you have any questions about the fights we did lemme know! I'm not so good at explaining when my skull feels like it's in a vice.
It was fun. It's much more interesting to learn the fights firsthand. Attempting to read guides didn't make anything stick, but seeing it in action made it click.
Totes! And now that you've had a chance to see the fights firsthand, you know what you're gearing up for. Check the guides at qtfy.eu and set your preferred class up with one of their builds, then head into the aerodromes to the training room to practice your rotations on the golem. If you can get within 15% lower than their benchmarks when testing it on the golem, you should be set to blast through any boss fight.
Ey yo folks. I know we're all loving and having a blast in the SAB festival, but your guild hall needs you! We need a lot of Continue Coins, and 2 world-1 Boomboxes, and a world-2 Boombox. This would help us finish up our musical upgrades for the guild tavern.
CorriganX on Steam and just about everywhere else.
Okay so we needed to unlock Guild Anthems before unlocking the Super Anthems, so I threw together a gift of Music and unlocked Anthems for our guild. We still need 2 World 1 Boomboxes, and a world 2 boombox. We're up to about 375/600 continue coins. I'm farming em up as fast as I can, so should be done pretty quick.
CorriganX on Steam and just about everywhere else.
We got all the continue coins we needed! And a boombox from @freelancerbob got us the Super Anthem! Whenever we achieve things, as we're achievers naturally, as guild we'll hear the super jingle of victory!
But we're not done yet! We still need 1 more World 1 and 1 more World 2 boombox for the super music for our tavern. We're also working hard on the WvW upgrades, so our guild claimed camps and keeps can radiate awesome buffs to everyone nearby! If you dont know how to donate, simply port into the hall and talk to the Guild Treasurer right at the spawn in point. He'll tell you what you have items for, and what we're needing. Every bit helps, so if you have any extra feel free to donate! Dont feel forced to, though. If you are saving it or using it as a way to make gold, keep doing that. But if anything is extra that you don't really hold on to for a reason, we can sure use them in the guild.

Heads up gang leandriell will be on to start missions a bit late because I made her eat tacos and churros because I am terrible. I ate about half the menu with my brother and worked my way through a good chunk of the cocktail menu on a two for one dealio and am going to sleep now good night.
So everyone knows @naengwen is awesome. Always offering to help out with stuff, hes even taken me on Raids and stuff with my nooby rangers. While talking with him during a SAB Tribulation stream, he then did something crazy and awesome and amazing. While waiting for a friend to catch up, Sharkey the crazy charr sent me a Precursor! Dawn, the precursor to Sunrise! Trying to throw me off my game with his crazy generosity.
Well I had JUST finished making Frenzy. I was completely out of materials. Theres no way im letting that stop me though.
Thank you so so much for the precursor Sharkey. You're amazing. And legendaries are a LOT of hard work and grinding, and throwing literally everything you gather up on the TP. But its doable! And it feels so good when you finish it.
Now.. who gets the sword? I should probably keep it on Coadeyder the power warrior I suppose.

I started playing this too recently. I had intended to play when it first came out but other games intervened and I ended up getting back into WoW instead. Better late than never I suppose.
Made a tree-lady mesmer and it's been pretty fun getting up to level 20. World events are pretty cool and the personal story has been fun through I'm not sure how personalized it is for me. My level 10 quest had me chasing a white stag because of a choice I made during character creation but the level 20 quest didn't seem to tie into that at all. Also made an asura thief, I don't care for their character models but the asura initial story was more interesting. Probably going to just play causally anyway so it doesn't matter that much.

It's been a looong time since I played the personal story, so it may have been improved since launch, but I skipped most of them. I had already surpassed the story rewards through standard leveling and most of the story content was not particularly memorable. The Whispers storyline was the best, I thought, largely because of the mentor NPC they assigned to you.

The Sylvari personal story part right before the Order section is pretty great too. At least the part where the player and a Sylvari Whisper agent disguise themselves and try to act like humans.

All the Sylvari whispers quests are awesome.
First one: try to pass as humans and barely manage it.
Second one: Sabotage an arena fight and manage to down some hallucinogenics along the way.
And the finally: Save a town from a Lich and their horde of Risen by abandoning said town, convincing the local Centaurs that sylvari are actually the nature spirits they worship and are giving them said town for them to ride in and mutually kill each other while you take out the Lich.

There's no way this "revelation" is worth the hype. There is literally no character I can think of who is more interesting than Lazarus himself in this circumstance. In general, I think the whole LOL IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE ALL ALONG :V is just... boring. Stupid.

nope.
it'd be a dumb way to introduce her like
how did she even GET there. Also we JUST SAW her, I mean, Anise. >>;;;;

Prof. Yakkington?
Honestly though, I'm kinda hoping that the way we end up "beating" whoever it is is by finishing what the White Mantel starting and bringing the real Lazarus back to life, causing a Mursaat vs faux-Mursaat showdown

I think the most interesting outcome would be if Lazarus is Queen Jennah, and if in fact Queen Jennah has been a puppet of Kralkatorrick from the beginning. Kralk seems to have some relation to Mesmer magic as a whole and some pretty strong relations to Mesmers... I'm thinking that his Spheres of Influence are Crystal and Light, given the way Glint is associated with Light. Which would mean that he's very, very good at illusions. Jennah being corrupted by Kralk and covering it up with powerful illusion magic would explain A LOT -- the real reason why she pulled Logan away at the last second (to ensure DE failed), her RIDICULOUSLY powerful mesmer magic, the creepy way she basically just destroyed democracy in Kryta... even helping us kill the other dragons helps Kralk, because it feeds him their power/energy.
A dragon minion would have the ability to absorb excess magic like that without dying. A corrupted Queen Jennah would explain why the entity would want the explosion halted to keep it from turning Kryta into a crater -- powerful corrupted dragon minions are usually shown to have SOME memories/connection to their prior lives, and we've also seen Minion sleeper agents (the Sylvari). If Kralk shares many traits with Glint, then he's going to be a master manipulator and might even have some prophetic abilities / foresight.
Alternately, she's not a Kralk minion, but this is still her doing, and it's out of a deeply misguided sense of how best to protect Kryta. The minion/sleeper agent thing though still explains why she'd call back Logan when in truth she had the situation handled, her insane godlike powers, and how if she is Lazarus she was able to absorb all that magic without just being vaporized like the Mantle (dragon minions eat magic).
Jennah, as a mesmer, would have the ability to teleport around like Lazarus has been seen to do, and it'd explain how she got there at the exact moment. If she KNEW what the mantle were doing (very likely) she could just port in.
Livia is Anise, which is what we've all thought all along; she actually DOES NOT know about the Queen's deception, because the Branded Queen is that good at what she does. This massive betrayal would force Livia to show her hand. "But livia's a necro--" in GW1 you could dual-class, duh.
Like I know that on some level this sounds totally bonkers (and it is), but we've had a little more setup for this than Joko out of left field. Meanwhile, we've been getting a LOT of reminders that Jennah is a near-godlike powerful mesmer, and that she may not be a good person at all, given what she just did to the Council. Trailer had Lazarus pretty clearly using some sort of purple-ish Mesmer-like magic.
"The lies, the willingness to kill to get what he wants..." We've SEEN Jennah kill to get what she wants. We helped her do it. I can't think of a specific instance where she's lied outright, but she's a politician AND a Mesmer, it's what they do.
And it'd explain Kasmeer's utter shock and disbelief at what she's seeing, and the fact that she personally knows the person behind Lazarus.
Alternately: Same kind of deal, but yes, it's Anise/Livia instead -- Anise/Livia corrupted by Kralk (explaining how a Necro got Mesmer powers) who has been manipulating Jennah all this time.
Basically, I've thought Jennah was shady since day one, and it'd be nice to see something come of that unease, especially since they've recently ramped it up.
As with legendary weapons, each piece of the legendary armor will let you select its stats from any of those available in the game when you’re out of combat. If you want to use Yassith’s headpiece with Zojja’s tassets and Ahamid’s boots, it’s as simple as clicking on that armor piece and selecting those stats.
Take the example I run into on a regular basis: as a warrior, I normally run a Phalanx Strength build, using a set of ascended armor with berserker stats and Superior Runes of the Scholar. However, sometimes a fight calls for me to run a condition build. This requires a separate set of armor with different stats and different runes.
Legendary armor with selectable stats would address the need for two sets of armor with different stats—but what about the runes? Don’t worry, we have you covered.
When you apply an upgrade (rune or infusion) to a piece of legendary armor and there is already an upgrade in the slot you have selected, the existing upgrade will be moved to your inventory and the new upgrade will replace it. Simple as that.
