Well it just seems like those don't really get submitted for review because people know Bethesda have said they won't allow them. Basically they don't seem to have trouble curating the Xbox mods is what I'm saying. Though From reddit and modding circles it looks to be Sony has some proprietary texture and sound rendering stuff that Bethesda would have had to access to make modding work, and Sony weren't willing to give them access to it. It doesn't really seem to be anyone's fault, sucks tho

The second ranks of iron fist and rooted really improve the unarmed play style.

I am eager to get blitz.

My character isn't quite ready for a boxing match with a yao guai. At least, not without drugs.

I'm aiming for a heroic bosozoku. He doesn't look very Japanese though. Red pompadour, road leathers, metal armor for the arm, leather chest and leg armor. He's using spiked knuckles.

I need to get the Atom Cats set.

everything i have heard from people makes the xbox one modding stuff sound like a nightmare anyway. at first it was a wild west were stolen mods were getting submitted, than modders started making mods that either wouldn't work or would damage the console if were to run on an xbone, and then it seemed to tone down.

Basically this seems like something that was a neat idea but isn't going to work in its current form.

Saitaima is fun to play. Unarmed is good times.

I guess the toughness perk is garbage, mathematically, but I will be worth it if I can be tough enough to wear just the undershirt and blue jeans, and not need any armor.

I'm close, with toughness, life giver, rooted, moving target and blitz, iron fist, sneak, and something else I'm sure I'm forgetting.

At level 32, I'm killing a lot of things with one punch, man!

I wish I wasn't so terrible with the face sculpting stuff. None of the preset face pieces work for Saitaima.

It's time for Joolander's Mod Recommendation Corner (reposted from G&T)
I personally use (or have used in the case of Vivid Weathers) each and every one of these mods

Up First: Atmosphere and Environment Mods almost everyone should run. Many of them will also free up some VRAM while actually looking better. The Commonwealth will look much much better without taxing your system
    Darker Nights by unforbidable
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/191/?

    https://youtu.be/J1ue2Qsc59k

Makes it so that night actually looks like night. Includes adjustments so that NPCs will also have realistic awareness in darkness as well

    Interiors Enhanced by FadingSignal
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8768/?

    https://youtu.be/d3SVaj8P-7s

Edits interior cell data so that the ambient lighting is darker (i.e. Areas without a light source are hard to see in). Also darkens interior fog. Place it near the top of your load order

    True Storms by FadingSignal
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4472/?

    https://youtu.be/465dxlS2xUc

Makes the weather in Fallout actually mean something. Includes optional sneak buffs to you and companions during stormy weather. Incompatible with Vivid Weathers

    Vivid Weathers by Mangaclub
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15466/?

    https://youtu.be/uMTC7ET49w0

Adds 75+ new weathers. Make each day in Fallout different from the last. Lots and lots of new skyboxes. Incompatible with True Storms

    FogOut by g10stpd
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2428/?

    https://youtu.be/1rReGBnq-rA

Removes the Distance Fog throughout Fallout 4. I am only recommending the Interiors Only version of this mod, since the full version makes the visibility unrealistically clear on clear days outside. Fogs and particle effects meant for ambiance (like if there is dust hanging in the air, etc) will still remain

Radiant Clouds and Fogs by Mangaclub
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/735/?

    https://youtu.be/F6bhK-tDuC4

Makes Clouds and Fogs look super, super great. Like just the best. Compatible with True Storms and Vivid Weathers

FAR - Faraway Area Reform by SparrowPrince
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1355/?

    https://youtu.be/LdFmgblOHE4

Uses a few tricks to enhance the distant terrain textures without upping the resolution

WET - Water Enhancement Textures by SparrowPrince
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/244/?

    https://youtu.be/WNq_hpmvjL0

Makes water look like water instead of weird blue plasticky goop

    Disable Character Light
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3771/?

Not really a mod, but instructions for turning off the fake glow that NPCs and the player have in low light situations. If characters look weird to you in shadows after installing Darker Nights or Interiors Enchanced, follow those instructions

    Vivid Fallout (Series) by Hein84
    Landscapes http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1769/?
    Rocks http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1400/?
    Trees http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8742/?
    Roads & Bridges http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18331/?

    https://youtu.be/X6C21QuQ8MA
    https://youtu.be/8zESiszac2U
    https://youtu.be/s5flBCIr7FI

All of these are overhauls of the textures that keep the spirit of the originals, just with more "pop"

A Little Bit of Green by dragonalex155
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1564/?

    https://youtu.be/PDlTIBn-mng

This is just a personal preference of mine. Adds just enough green in the Commonwealth to be realistic. Not over saturated like a lot of similar mods. It might seem too green at first if you're really used to the brown of vanilla, but after a few minutes of adjustment, I cannot go back. I prefer to use Vivid Trees where these two conflict

My second batch of mod recommendations covers UIs, HUDs, the Inventory system, and Pip-Boys, because reasons
Again I either use or have used all of these mods
    DEF_UI by Valdacil
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10654/?

    https://youtu.be/puzGu4Cm2VQ

This is actually 2 separate mods: DEF_HUD and DEF_INV
DEF_HUD allows you to change the HUD to your liking, (generally making it less gigantic and intrusive) you can customize it yourself like Gopher shows you in the video, or download some presets from the Nexus

DEF_INV is a lot like SKY_UI in Skyrim. Makes the inventory system just plain better and more suited to PCs. Has separate tabs for your items. Requires AWKCR, which I will cover next time.

I also highly recommend the next mod with both of these

    Valdacil's Item Sorting by Valdacil
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3877/?

    (Look above for a video)

VIS adds tags to almost everything in your inventory and then sorts those tags so that everything is easy to find, and most of those tags appear as a little icon (i.e. A pistol icon for a pistol). You can expand the Icon Library here. It also separates things like notes, holotapes, keys, chems, irradiated food, and cooked food into their own separate categories so that your aid and misc tabs are not 500 miles long. Requires AWKCR

    Pleasant UI by ImBlindMG
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3857/?

Imitates the HUD from Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Not compatible with DEF_UI or VIS, but there is a DEF_HUD preset that gives you a similar effect called Pleasant_DEF_HUD

    LooksMenu by expired6978
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12631/?

    https://youtu.be/he-azBfIkn8

Does two major things: 1) puts in a menu on the right side of the character creation screens that lets you select features from a list (doesn't change the drag and pull aspect), and 2) lets you save and load character presets
Requires F4SE (Fallout 4 Script Extender)

    Better Wait Menu by registrator2000
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9437/?

    https://youtu.be/IUJhnttPHos

Let's you wait for 99 hours at a time, with options for hour-by-hour like vanilla or all at once

Improved Map with Visible Roads by mm137
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1215/?

This is just my personal favorite Pip-Boy map. Has actual roads makes on it, with options for a grid system, area boundaries, and brightness. There are many other map mods out there, I'd suggest getting one

    Pip-Boy Customisation Framework by Aether89
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17012/?

    https://youtu.be/feea8G6t8N8

Lets you change your Pip-Boy's look, unequip it, and upgrade it with new functionality

    Pip-Boy Flashlight by akkalat85
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10840/?

    https://youtu.be/vRNJmUyx8jc

changes the Pip-Boy light into a directional flashlight, with options for light cast distance, shadows, lens type, and more. Also applies changes to the power armor headlamp, configured separately

figuring out how to do perfect vertical stacks with those concrete shack foundations was a godsend
after all the major quests, I just gave myself all the crafting materials and got the settlement size delimiting mod
I surrounded all the settlements with giant walls and gates and topped those walls with laser and missile turrets
reliably, the settlers did not become any less hopeless

it is fun, on the other hand, standing outside the walls of the settlement and console summoning like 20 Gunner brigadiers and watching them get shredded and vaporized by a framerate-dropping barrage of lasers and missiles

    I'm tentatively excited.

The mod I want the most is a scrap all option for settlements

And an automatic scrap option when I put junk into my workshop.

And a yellow vault suit for Saitaima.

And maybe some sort of symbols or slogans on t shirts, but it looks like that may have happened with Nuka World.

Like I don't need or want better butts or bigger boobs or things from other games put into Fallout 4.

I just want scraping junk to be easier and faster.

Yeah, the base game does this for junk that's placed in the workshop.

    What?
    How?

I know it will scrap junk as it's needed, like if you need screws and steel and whatever else, it will scrap a giddy up buttercup right leg or something with those things in it.

But I want junk to be broken down into its base components when I put it in the workshop with the store all junk button.

I don't have enough charisma for supply lines with my Saitaima character, and its a goddamned pain to take pictures of what I need to go get from my base at red rocket if I want to build generators and turrets at another settlement.

Instead of having 30 microscopes, 20 telephones, 15 baseball gloves etc

    Just have like the parts

The moment I put the junk in the workshop.

If this is already in the game on PS4, I'll give you a high five.

I haven't bought any of the dlc.

if i remember correctly if you just store all the microscopes, telephones, baseball gloves, and go to craft something, it will automatically break those parts down as needed during crafting.

So there would never be a real need to break them down before hand.

it is not in the game exactly as you're describing, but it is in the game functionally.

If you have a microscope stored in your workshop, when you go to build a rifle scope, it will take the microscope out of your workshop, use the crystal to build the scope, and return the gears, fibre optics and glass to your workshop as base components.

Think of it like breaking a 20 dollar bill.

the fives and singles and quarters are all in there and usable but only become visible when you use the 20 to buy something.

Yes, this is what I want

I want putting junk into the workshop to automatically scrap it into its components

You know, when you are in workshop mode, and you scrap a weed trimmer or a charcoal grill, and its turn it into steel and screws and whatever

I want the game to do that to all the junk I put in my workshop

So it's easier to transport crafting supplies

Right now, if I need parts to make a machine gun turret at, say Oberlin Station

1.I take a picture of the TV on my phone, which I use like a shopping list,
    2. warp back to the Red Rocket outside of Sanctuary,
    3. Go into workshop mode and look through the junk section to find things that have those components, take those items
    4. Warp back to Oberlin Station
    5. Go into the workshop, put that junk in there
    6. Finally make the turret.

    It's a pain

I know that supply chain perk can make it so your workshops share inventory, but it's deep on the charisma tree, I think, and its a pain to actually set up.
