Gif/Gifv size changes

So I've been noticing this a lot lately where an image inspected outside the forums will report under (sometimes well under) the 500k limit, then when it's hotlinked here, it bloats up by an additional 100-300k.

Here's a good example:

If you open this outside of the forums, it's just under the 500k limit.

If I were to hotlink it inside the forums, it's mid 600s.

    I've noticed that the actual stand alone link has a webkit-playinline/style set on the video, not sure if that would impact it.

    It is just a missing <source> for the webm format. There is a pull-request in to correct this.
