The port is not 100% yet. Have heard a lot of people having pretty bad stutter/freezing issues.
Also the game doesn't prevent Windows screensaver/power saving from kicking in, which isn't that great in a game with very long non-interactive cut scenes
I had some audio stutter issues I had to dig into some .ini files to fix, had a CTD from the power saving issue mentioned. Kinda related to that, the game also doesn't like alt-tabbing in fullscreen mode, I recommend switching to bordeless.
E: Also also, the game swinging wildly from 60-80 FPS in gameplay on my system is a little annoying. Minor complaint and I guess I could force 60fps at the driver level if I wanted, though.

Was surprised to see it had Landstalker, I heard so much good stuff about that game but I think this is the first time it’s been in one of these collections
Yeah, if she speaks the language and knows so much about the country, I'm not sure how any of that is surprising to her. You would think she'd be prepared. But the idea of just moving to a different country with no long term job already set up is already crazy to me, so maybe I'm not a good judge here.
I mean, I'm not going to blame the foreign culture she chose to willingly insert herself into. She must've done a ton of work and spent years preparing to get to that point, so I'm just confused about how she was blindsided by what she encountered.

I mean part of the story is that she literally saw it coming the second she walked in on her surprise double interview, so saying she should have seen it coming just proves you didn't read the thread.
I read the whole thing. I'm just wondering why she didn't think about this before she got there, well before the first post talking about applying for jobs in Japan being depressing.
Japan in general is a pretty great place to live!
Japanese business culture is awful though, and in my opinion represents most of the negatives about this country.
Don't they have some sort of high suicide rate there due to their business culture? Thought I heard/read that somewhere, but please don't take that as more than an unresearched question.

Second the port is great, runs fantastic, and automatically detects and swaps the prompts to Xbox controllers.
