    Activate Lisis / Velnor. Bring the carrier over from Arinam / Meer with a GF to take over Velnor. Get 1 Space Loot for taking over Velnor. Make a Space Dock there*, exhausting both planets in my home system and paying 1 TG.

    @Auralynx don't see why. Your new spacedock can't produce units and your other dock is supply blocked.

    Appreciate the enthusiasm with which you intend to build at your new SD to fight me though :P
