I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, I recently sent an email asking the same thing to customer service but I'm actually not sure if I sent it right so I'll ask here as well. In advance sorry if it's incorrectly posted. I recently renewed my subscription for club pa (the $30 one both times) and whereas last time I got my pin and I'll likely get my pin this time, I haven't received my $10 gift card (however that comes) from either last time or this time. So if someone could tell me how I acquire the gift card that would be great. Thanks heaps.
