For those doing stat rolls, might I suggest:
It will drop your lowest dice auto, and add the result. I know it isn't hard, but that is what your doing anyway?

@teeman ^
Edit - Oh man, but the creator of the mod posted his latest save off of the workshop. So if anyone would like to, I would love to play that sometime.
Twitch: KoopahTroopah - Steam: Koopah
it was bound to happen.
Guys, you can allocate whatever you rolled to whichever stats you want
So if one of you is going to play a Rogue or Archery-oriented Ranger, it's recommended to put your highest number into DEX.
Likewise, spell-oriented classes should put points into INT and WIS. With close-counter fighters into STR and CON.
Of course, it can be suited to your taste, but remember to PM @Scratchy your results.
Here's what I submitted to him;
Class: Fighter
Race: Human
Stats:
STR 17
DEX 10
CON 15
WIS 8 10
INT 9 10
CHA 10
Blast you both for those awesome rolls!! At least my prioritized stats are A-OK.
Remember to bump up whichever single digits stats you rolled to 10, since Tee is giving us a break on that count.
Though keep in mind this is only a placeholder until we submit our character sheets, which need to be given on Thusday, as he's out on Friday.
There's some still some questions going over of times we can meet, hopefully during the weekend evenings. Though I am good for any evening, regardless.
How do we submit character sheets? Do we print and write on them, and later submit them to something like Photobucket?

You'll fine multiple modules of many games with little tweaks to the name or whatever.
Whatever works for you is good, I'm writing them out on my end too to keep track as well. I can't find my dm guide so I'm going to be checking used bookstores/hobby shops this week. Running a bit behind on the planning and only have a bit sketched up so far so may end up being a little lazy and incorporating a few of the premade quests to hit the deadline.

i forgot which one is which, but one of those is the 3.5 which i picked up as i couldnt locate anything for just plain 3 rules. i dont know engough to know if those are two different things altogether.
also i tentatively would be interested in playing a wizard, but i would be willing to play anything depending on what the group needs.
edit: @cooljammer00 and as for re uploading them with changes, there is a remake of secret hitler called secret palpatine which is a starwars version of it. which is one, a great remake and two, completely adorable.
anyway, figured I would ask, because I know there are crazy talented people out there.

also you can in the host>chest>tools there is empty bags you can use to put things in, although there isnt a way to search and pull out something specific, they have to come out the way they came in.
however there is http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=417522364 that might be something useful
I will post more once I get more into it. Alternatively, maybe I will stream me working on a table some? I'm off the next two days, so once the house chores are done I should be able to do that?
Edit:
I am going to stream me working on a table. I guess it might spoil some campaign stuff? But if nothing else it will be something I can post in here so people can see me work through it and have an idea to do it themselves.
Though in an interesting note; someone has uploaded the boards for the Mines of Phandelver campaign that came with the 5e Starter Set onto the TTS workshop.
I know because I own that set, and they're straight scans from the 60 pg booklet too.
Though, since I never played a D&D campaign to begin with, I can't make tails of it as a DM.
I really, REALLY need to read the intricate details of the physical 5e Player's Guidebook and DM guides I got when I have the time as I only skimmed them.
At least the 3.5e PDF you guys provided are a far lesser hassle to get through. So kudos!
Going slightly off tangent;
Here's a short story and group playing a 5th edition campaign provided by somewhat-famous Youtuber ProJared (he even had a Nickolodeon show cameo, ha!), in case it helps getting a better grasp of D&D.

Pathinder is DnD 3.5b? It is very close to DnD, the differences is it is free online here, although you can buy books.
As for what I saw, it looks like you can make items "persist" and that way only load part of the table, keeping the stuff you want. I will post the youtube of what I find out once I'm done in the next two days.
As for minitures, here is what I'm subscribed to. i dont' know what they all look like in game yet.

Edit:
I think it was all ready mentioned, but I plan on using this table for my game.

Anyone free this weekend to do some boardgaming? Doesn't have to be Secret Hitler or Avalon, though I'm making no secret that I would love to play one or both as much as possible. I'll be the organizer if I need to, though it's more responsibility than I usually take on.
Edit: going to check tomorrow evening for Sentinals of the Multiverse or SmashUp modules. And post some proposed game times and signups. Taking action is the best chance I'll get to play some boardgames so it's high time I step up.

In addition to every character's starting feat, fighter class gets 1+ feat, and Humans +1 feat on top of that at Level 1. Am I reading it right?
Also, it seems the print outs for character creation sheets are just shy from being legible.
It's not a problem for me, but do you think it's alright with you @Scratchy to PM all the information I have?
I just think re-scanning it and uploading it to a photo-sharing site for you to read is rather tasking, what with causing tedious eye-strain and all.
EDIT: I also presume we're not starting the campaign on Friday due to your absence, is this still right? If it is, so I can know what to schedule for FNG on that night for our Steam thread.
Hoping something different than our regular TTS games. But we'll see...

Hmm... considering the niche of the thread, I can gather that it'll be rather difficult to gather a group right away without planning in advance. At very least, not during a regular workday.
I know we said we don't want to knock the heads of our fellow Steam thread-ers over this game repeatedly.
But they are the only group large enough you can ask to gather such people on short notice, and only a handful who owned the game actually made the jump over here.
I am always up for anything, though my times are usually anything between 8PM-12PM Central, if not sooner.
Send them to Scratchy. I already mentioned him in my previous post.

If you want to watch me, @ me in this thread, or ask that I ping you on steam so you know when I start. All else fails, my twitch info is in my sig. No, I'm not doing ME, I just never changed that.
Already did but just wanted to make sure i got it right :hydra:
Was a lot of fun, takes a little time to get going at the start if you have never played before but it's easy enough to pick up.
Would def play again.
also my steam username is the same as my forum name incase any of us arent already friends feel free to add me as well
They get 1 feat for human, 1 for level 1, and a bonus combat feat so you are correct. The plan was always to start Saturday evening so folks could get in their regular FNG tabetop stuffs. I didn't want to detract from that as the first few sessions we'll mostly be fumbling around and in all honestly like any regular dnd session starting out we probably won't accomplish much at the start.
Edit: http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#fighterBonusFeats Fighter bonus feats
I'd be good to host rounds of Avalon and Secret Hitler. First time through of each could be a bit rough until I find out the quirks of playing TTS. I'd be down for playing other games, if there's requests and interest. Eldritch Horror would be super fiddly, but I have owned that game for over a year now and only played a partial session once.
I think the best bet is for people to express interest for attending and preferred games ahead of time. If you want to be added as interest, please @ me with the blocks you're available and would like to be listed. Feel free to include a short list of games you'd like to play (bonus if you want to play host or game-runner.)
A. Saturday Afternoon (Noonish-5PM est, 11am-4pm cst)
2. Petesalzl
B. Saturday Evening (5PM-9PM est, 4pm-8pm cst)
2. Karoz
C. Late Saturday (9PM-??? est, 8pm-??? cst)
2. Karoz, ~11pm est or later, maybe.
D. Sunday Evening (5PM-??? est, 4pm-??? cst)
2. Karoz
As far as that goes, is there anyone who would like to setup a weekly boardgaming time? My Saturdays are usually very open and I'd love to get some regular scheduled gaming in. Far as that goes, and since peoples weekends are usually precious: my Monday and Tuesday cst evenings and most Wednesday evenings. But if there's 4-8 people that have known schedules and would be in attendance at least 60-75% of the time, I would really like to have a scheduled weekly boardgaming time.
Edit: it does occur to me that asking around for a boardgame session on the same weekend that there's a TTS DnD group starting up might not be the best choice for success. I'll take things as they come. Still serious about asking around for interest in a weekly scheduled time for boardgamens.
i know a lot of people from the steam trhread usually try to get a friday night game going and tts has been popular lately so that might happen friday, but if youre looking more towards saturday/sunday, then you are correct that a losely planned dnd is happening this saturday. but ill probably be on steam a fair amount saturday and sunday and try to check the forums so put me down for a tentative saturday afternoon based on the assumption that @Scratchy is planning to roll out the dnd in the evening
