The original most wanted was awesome. I got excited when I heard it was free on origin, and then disappointed when I realized it was the reboot.

The dumbest thing about Most Wanted was both of them being on the same generation of hardware - yes, meaning consoles (360/PS3) - with the same title.

After a week being off medication due to a doctors fuck-up, and a bunch of job shit going on at the moment, I'm super anxious.

@an_alt , out of the blue, sent across Proteus. A game that looks SUPER relaxing and is something I am installing immediately to try and ensure I get a genuine nights sleep tonight.

So with all the Xcom 2 hype, I figured it was time to play the first (which I already owned). Picked up the xpac for cheap and I'm about to start. Are there any general tips I should know? Satellites are muy importante.

Putting up a satellite lowers the panic of the relevant country. Letting a country sit at max panic without a satellite at the end of the month means you lose that country forever. When you get a choice between missions in three different areas, look at their panic levels first and the mission rewards second.

Finished Proteus and that was indeed VERY relaxing. Can see myself playing that a bunch of times whenever I feel like this.

Word around the campfire is that if you got over it being an XCOM game, which it really wasn't, it was actually a pretty fun 1950's/SciFi Mass Effect light with research, tech upgrades, and the ability to order your squadmates about. I love ordering my squadmates about, so I appreciate the opportunity.
