    I couldn't get into Spacey!Cards. Probably because I watched Richardson!Cards first and found Spacey's to be padded and plodding in comparison.

    So, I started watching it a few days ago, and Oh My God Captain Holt is so much better in season 2 of Brooklyn 99. Like, he was pretty great in the first one, but this is amazing.

    I doubt it will be. The numbers have been pretty good. We could get another mini season

    It's four separate "stories" each episode that are usually completely unconnected centered around four family units that are all related. The performances are just great (it's got Colin Hanks, James Brolin, and a few other names that escape me), the jokes are funny, it's shockingly clever.

    It's like Modern Family, but with actual jokes.

    There's something "off" about the first few episodes of Life in Pieces that I can't quite put my finger on. It's still funny, even if the first episode is trying way too hard to be cute. I think I have 8 episodes on my DVR to catch up on.

    I did see the girl's slumber/birthday scene where
    the dad lets the girls watch Alien, which was pretty great. Prior to that, the younger daughter taking notes while listening to the older girls talk about kissing, then go to use the same moves on her dad when he puts her to bed killed me.

    Now I need a new show to occupy my time.
    No cable tv, just hulu and Netflix.

    I've watched and really enjoyed these seasons of the 100 since y'all talked it up, but it doesn't even hold a candle to Person of Interest, especially S3 & 4 of PoI. It's not even a contest at all, Person of Interest is fucking GREAT

    it could even be argued that it's the best superhero show on tv right now

    I thought season 4 of PoI was a little bit weaker than season 3. There were some weird, kind of jarring case of the week episodes sprinkled through the season that kind of killed the momentum. Still, the season finale was really good stuff.

    AV Club interview about Limitless. Writers for the site seem to like it, and they're taking about adding it to their rotation. Comments range from "I love that show!" to "Wait, this show is good?"

    Person of interest starts as a procedural crime drama and by season 3 is literally one of the craziest things on tv

    And the transition is so smooth its hard to even notice
