    Most of them have not been mentioned, so anywhere from maybe to "sure why not". Nuke showed up in Jessica Jones and definitely not DD season 1.

    I don't think a first meet was explicitly stated. That might've been after Secret Wars and them just finally hashing it out.

    Probably shouldn't fall under that. Loki did die and the Loki that came back wasn't the same person who died.
