My cat is always licking herself down there and when she gets up she leaves behind a white spot there is nothing in it just the spot. She is always meowing and looking her butt in the air, always rubbing up against people it is becoming very annoying to the point where I have to pen her up when I get company. Any ideas as to what might be causing this behavior

Suffer through it for a few days, then call the vet to have her spayed.
