So this is... what... the millennial version of "God Bless America"?
Wasn't GBA millenial as fuck?
It was more anti-millennial. "Let's just murder everyone" vs. this one's seeming "Lets try to shame everyone into being nice oh wait that didn't work we need a new plan."
Synopsis:
"A couple hiking out in the woods, disturbe a nest of vampires."

Dammit, that Deserted thing seemed to have some promise; wasteland vistas, fucked up everyday lives, etc. Felt like it could have went for a sort of No Country For Old Men barebones thriller route, but apparently IMDB hates it?
I can see Incontrol having the all-important rts elements... Students starting to micro each other, who has the best apm!?

irreverence works well in out of the blue doses. Lego Movie did that. Batman might be pushing a bit too much on it, but if they keep doing these it's gonna pop, just like bad improv comedy has done in the past year or so.
I did chuckle at the Luh Loyd joke.

A trap is for fish: when you've got the fish, you can forget the trap. A snare is for rabbits: when you've got the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words are for meaning: when you've got the meaning, you can forget the words.
Love the like to dislike ratio, because the movie was fucking terrible that I don't know how making a series out of it will make it less shit (blatant racism aside, it was insanely pretentious with strawmen galore and thought it was a Spike Lee movie times a million, only it had none of his skills or any interesting characters).
I thought Dear White People released ages ago and was bad?
fake edit- oh it's a tv show. Maybe it'll be better.
Haven't seen the movie, but it's on Netflix and they're like the MCU - they literally can no any wrong at this point. Ok, aside from putting Adam Sander in shitty movies.
Wow flat out pedophilia at the end trailer, like whoa.
Considering it's the Judas Contract, you got my hopes up (in a manner of speaking) that they showed the twist in the trailer. They did not.
The twist
Terra, a teenage girl, betrays the team because she's banging Deathstroke.
Oh just like
the original animated series(also where Ron Pearlman was slade and how do you fuck up this VA choice afterwards)
except that was good.... Every time I see a new thing hit for some newnew52 reboot of this franchise it makes me so sad.
The Judas Contract arc in the comics was in the early 80s.
Pretty sure that makes it worse. "We have 30 years of arcs, this is our second(third?) movie, better retell the story from the animated series that we used 10 years ago in our rebooted timeline with a cheaper voice actor team."

Ended up watching that Michael Bolton Valentine's Day special.
It was alright. You could definitely see the differences between the Comedy Bang Bang style of writing and the SNL style of writing.

Actual Kenny G in a cameo made me feel better.

I have no idea what that movie is about, but the trailer intrigued me. Good job, trailer, for not spoiling the plot at all!
Consider me intrigued.

Not going to watch it but I hope it ends with Sherman coming through and burning the motherfucker to the ground. I want more Sherman in my media.
Looks like a zombie movie.
Maybe a shot or two look like they could be from a zombie film but I'll be very surprised if it is one.

Fixed. Churn out cheap, make money, artistic integrity be damned.
Is that like... a joke? There's nothing like that in there.

They're basically where Marvel's animation department was in the mid 2000s.
Well, he's asking him to do so because he stinks.

I watched this because the thumbnail looked like typical youtube clickbait.
Anyway, then there's this: an Ice-T horror film?
