    I had the same problem! I've been able to get Chun's SBK pretty reliably, but it feels like Flash Somersault Kick has a variable charge requirement or something.

    One of my favorite things as the years go in is they have not even bothered to try and make Guile's "hey I'm upside down now" kick make any physical sense

    It's still the same thing from the SF2 days

    from what I remember, that was a sprite error and he originally wasn't supposed to be upside down

    but then it got left in for... 20+ years

    guile stuff:

    you can follow up a crush counter b.hp with flash somersault kick in the corner but the timing is extremely strict

    but if you cancel cc b.hp into v-trigger, you can do all kinds of fun juggles anywhere on the screen
