I've been playing Puzzle and Dragons consistently since a friend of mine got me into it a few months ago, and I've sorta plateau'd in it. I can't really do descended challenges to get new dudes or anything and I've hit a point in the normal stages where it's a real pain to progress so now I'm just kind of grinding stuff out to make my dudes marginally better and hoarding stones so I can make godfest rolls whenever they happen

What I'm saying is that I'm in the market for a new bullshit timewaster mobile game to make me feel the things that PAD used to make me feel

the only mobile game i've ever truly liked is f-sim space shuttle, which is a sim for landing the space shuttle

i have the 34th best landing all-time on Android

the delta between me and first place is basically a light breeze

There's some really neat stuff about Clash Royale but I wish I liked playing it more. Something about the gamey part of it left me feeling cold.

Granblue can be played in English now.

Not necessarily an English release, mind, the developer just slapped an English patch on the Japanese release because their English audience was apparently big enough? I dunno.

Regardless you'll still have to jump through a hoop like qooapp to get it loaded but it'll run fine from then on.

Basically it's like ffrk without the nostalgia, better combat an actual story and really good music/art.

If that is your thing, give it a shot. Uematsu music all up ins.

Unchained definitely feels like a mobile-ified Chain of Memories to me with medals in place of cards and how they retread existing worlds while hinting at some new story beats.

Also I like how it's supposedly during the Keyblade War but you still see Disney characters at the same points in their lives as the main games/films, just not really caring to think of some nonsensical DarknessDarknessDarkness reasoning for it at all.

Might be android only, but To Arms! is a really fun little...I guess it's a deck builder? Kind of like dominion/ ascencion really. They just rolled out a big update with new groups of units to use and probs new enemies too, have not had a chance to play this new version yet but I played a loooot of the previous one. And it's all fully free, so that's nice.

It's super good! I've been really impressed with all the Playdek stuff I've tried.

Plus you can get the game and the expansion for like... $8 total? Maybe $10, I forget how much the base game was.

This is similiar to another game I played before it suddenly lost my login info. It's neat! The free shit for the 'grand opening' of the game is pretty nice too. I've got a team with Exdeath, Terra in a magicite suit, and one of the guys from FF6 that I never use.
