It seems something has gone wrong. Hitting refresh a couple of times seems to get me through.
Hm, as I was typing this, an error window popped up. Maybe when it was trying to auto-save a draft?

    I think vanilla's already aware of the issue, posted that they are looking into it 10 minutes ago http://status.vanillaforums.com/

    and the problem seems cleared up now, not getting any more errors
