So I'm a product manager / UI/UX Designer at a startup (hence the wonderfully mishmashed title). Upside, super flexible hours, relatively cool coworkers and interesting workplace (we're base in San Francisco). So why leave?

Well they hired me when I first transitioned over to tech, so I'm making less than most interns do at other firms nearby. It's also in the center of the city. 20 yr old me would've loved this. 30 yr old me is just grumpy about the commute (i live an hour and some change away). So what's my ask? Where do you guys think I should apply? I know there are quite a few Norcali folk on this board, so anyone with some input, it'd be amazing. I've really wanted to look into working at a VR company, as all of the stuff I've seen with the Vive and other devices have been pretty freakin cool. Thoughts?
