I really have to hand it to blizzard on this one. I'm typically one of the most vocal critics when it comes to their design decisions over the last decade (favoring accessibility over depth), but this game just hit out of the park for me. I had no interest until the open beta, where I was blown away almost immediately. I thought it was incredibly clever, well designed, and surprisingly balanced. I tried every hero at least once and found them all varied with unique playstyles that should appeal to a wide range of people.
Most importantly the game was simple, goofy fun. Even when losing the game is still exciting with plenty of opportunities for cool moments.
This game gets a huge thumbs up from me, which I did not expect from the first couple of cinematics. .

Yeah but Corporate was all, "Eh, it's for the greater good" and Symmetra is like, "Well okay then."
From my perspective it seemed Symmetra was less upset that a child got hurt and more upset that the child's face got burned and therefore the child was no longer "perfect".

Symmetra is my favorite character in the game I think.
I just adore her visual design and style. And her VA work is really great as well.

As I realize it, I just wanted to throw out a quick reminder that, as with the beta, a May 24 release date will actually translate to the afternoon or evening of the 23rd for most of us.
I know I'm late to the game, but I just pre-ordered this for PS4.
Is the Google doc in the OP for PC-only? Or does Blizz use their battletags for the console versions too?
Edit: Come to think of it, essentially everything I've seen on this is clearly PC-centric. Are there many people planning on playing on the console side? Or is this shaping up as a PC focus with console ports a-la Diablo 3?
