    Real thumbtacks being used is not at all uncommon, or rather it wasn't. They don't do it much anymore, so I'm legit surprised they did

    When they have no qualms about showing clearly fake plastic barb wire on a 2x4, you kinda don't expect them to go with real thumbtacks
