I was super dissapointed by Jam in the story mode. I really wish they'd stop with the waifu bait and make Dr. Paradigm a playable character. His army and combat style was baller in Overture. The bounty hunter arc was run into the fucking ground in GGXX.

I got to play Central Fiction in Tokyo last month, and it's pretty great. The story is insane, the new characters are nuts, and Tsubaki finally got some serious buffs, namely an amazing 6B overhead.
You're throw invulnerable for two frames after you recover from hitstun/blockstun, so Guile recovered from the trade right before the super flash which made the super whiff due to its 1 frame startup. This is also why it's best to tick into a normal throw from moves that are +3 on block, done properly it's impossible to get stuffed and can only be avoided by a tech/DP/jump.

So I got Revelator, even though all I did after buying Signs was mess around with some tutorials. I think I'll stick with it this time, there are more characters that appeal to me now. Funny how I balked at spending a few bucks to unlock Sin and Leo, but $60 for them and a few new characters? Hey why not.
I'm liking Kum so far, she has some tricky inputs but I feel like I don't need to rely on those particular moves too much.

But the CA isn't only a throw, it can also combo. So who don't the regular hit rules apply?

Because he isn't actually in hitstun, he recovered from hitstun so that the two frame window of post hitstun throw invulnerablity perfectly overlapped the two active frames of Gief's super, causing the super to whiff. It was a frame perfect fluke caused by the weird trade.

That's rough man. My local GameStop got exactly one delivered in and I managed to snag it. Hitting up the tutorial today, will be looking for some coaching later on if anyone here is willing to beat some sense into me sometime.
after about 5 minutes I can already tell that my reaction time will never be good enough to do combo breakers, so rip to that idea
No no. Once you learn to recognize the different levels of auto-doubles by the speed of the move, number of hits and sounds they make breaking becomes much easier. Don't throw in the towel yet.
I'm not really big into playing fighting games competitively and netherrealm games are great for just screwing around and having fun
I want to watch superheroes bounce around off of stuff and get thrown into space and get eaten by sharks. The longer those animations are the more I enjoy them.

Edit: two gig update file? God damnit.
Trapped at the walmart
i landed multiple vapor thrust loops, which are basically tackle tackle headbutts so im groovy
Also I appreciate any character where half the work is outsourced to a bunch of minions who attack on their own, makes things a lot simpler.
bask in the scrubbiness
EDIT: matches start at 8:21, before is randos
I can't see any rationale for that at all
also who wants to xrd @chamberlain @Knob
I wouldn't hold my breath

Yep. That's what happened.
edit: Trailer!
I just couldn't be more skeptical about the PC release/the armor system in vs
For fucks sake....
I still really dislike the length of Injustice's stage transitions.
im excited to see who is in that wasnt last time more than anything
also I think a clip of black manta in the montage part?
