Thank you very much for Crazy Little Thing Called Love and Friday I'm in Love! I saw The Cure once when my SO splurged on front row tickets. I think someone offered to play Terraria with me in the last thread for the backlog challenge. Soon as I return to my computer and get a full set of Molten gear together I'd be happy to do a full run on a multiplayer world. Who knows, we could even get the achieves for someone on another team and someone not on a team while we're at it. If we have everyone start with Molten tier we could blast into Hardmode quickly to get started on the bosses there.
Anyhow, shine on Steam thread. You're all crazy in the best way.

Speaking of Tower Defense games, I've found that the Kingdom Rush games are the pinnacle of the Tower Defense genre. Outside of Hero Defense, is there anything that even comes close to replicating that KR goodness?

Everyone's a dick. Seriously. Humans, non-humans, I want to feel bad for either side but they're both full of mean-spirited jerks and bugger them all. The only character I've met who is NOT 100% a dick was actually a troll who seemed a decent sort.
I also suspect that the UI designer hated people because it's the only explanation for some of the decisions made. I regularly unequip my boots when I'm just trying to browse my inventory, and I had to invent new swear words when I went to make a weapon that required farming 15 parts of monsters from various monsters, positioned the cursor on the recipe for the weapon, hit the "Make this item" button and the game made a completely different item (using up a third of those monster parts) because I'd only HIGHLIGHTED the weapon template, not actually SELECTED it.
Also stealth is still terrible but fortunately the game doesn't seem to mind when I approach a stealth section with swords out and killing everyone in sight. I figured, if everyone's dead, nobody can report that they saw me.
That said, I'm kind of invested in helping Geralt clear his name now, chapter one was WAY better than the prologue and chapter two opened with one heck of a bang, so I think I'm going to push on through.
I still have fond memories of Nobody on the forum coming in here repeatedly to proclaim his innocence.
