Is Viz just going to start flooding Hot Topics with new Homestuck merch?
The really shitty part is that a huge swathe of the staff working on Hiveswap got cut. This includes major staff like Cohen.
It just feels real crappy to go through whatever hell development Hiveswap had, then be unceremoniously dumped after the first Act for whatever Viz wants to do.

Man, I'm really antsy about the Homestuck volumes getting to the later Acts. The mentions in the commentary about the themes of platonic idealism being something set up early on makes me want to read what Hussie says when those themes come to the forefront of the comic.
Also a new Friendsim came out. Enjoyed the Lawyer boy a bunch.
finally got around to beating Undertale on a neutral (mostly pacifist) route, my only real spoilers going in being
the different routes, albeit without any idea of how to save Tauriel the first time but knowing it was possible. Plus some character designs. also that Flowey is the true final boss. I also am aware of Megalovania's place in the game
that was very very good and the part at the end where
you revisit the house before fighting Asgore
made me cry so hard my eyes literally misted the keyboard
on NG+ I took the
Frog's hint re: Tauriel and got it right the first time! Now I am immensely curious to see when the big differences start
We're up to nine Friendsims. It's pretty clear we're in this for the long haul and will be going through the entire Troll Call. So nine more to go. I wouldn't expect Hiveswap Act 2 until after that.
Edit: apparently I'm a fucking idiot. Enjoy the laugh at my expense, I guess.
