There's a fucking bomb threat at my school. I know some of you experience(d) these quite often when you went to school, but I live in small town saskatchewan, we don't experience this kind of stuff down here. Apparently some guy phoned in to say that there was a bomb threat in our school. So we get the "high low" signal over the intercom. We of course think it's just a drill, like always, and don't really care at all. Then we find out it's not a drill at all, and all hell breaks loose. People are cryin', tryin' to get out of the school.
So anyway they let us all out early. It's probably just a prank, but the VT Shootings were just last week, so it could very well not be.
Fuck, and we had a band trip to Minneapolis today. It had better not get canceled.
What kind of sick freak would think of calling in a bomb threat as a joke. I mean, what the fuck.
We had a bomb threat every day for the first week of school in my county a couple years back. Callled in at 5th period, then 4th, 3rd, 2nd, and on the day the bomb was called in on 1st period everyone thought they were going to die.
We had an annual bomb threat in my old HS in Manitoba. Once people figured out not to call from their house the police had a harder time catching the culprits. One day they announced a cash reward twenty some people all sprinted to the office trying to be the first to claim it.
Moral of the story: don't call in bomb threats from your house and don't tell everyone about doing it
I think that the internet has been for years on the path to creating what is essentially an electronic Necronomicon: A collection of blasphemous unrealities so perverse that to even glimpse at its contents, if but for a moment, is to irrevocably forfeit a portion of your sanity.

This happened at my high school once. A kid didn't finish his senior project on time so skipped school and called in a bomb threat from his grandma's house. By noon that day everyone in school knew it was him.
The only bomb threat at my highschool happened while myself and the rest of Grade 7 were away at pioneer camp. Apparently somebody wrote the threat on a blackboard or somethign.
