Start off the thread with good news:

With the polls reported at the end of last thread, with NH, WI, CO, and PA all +10 Clinton, Clinton now has 273 EV with states she's leading by 10 points or more in. Well, ignoring that states like CA and NY haven't had polling, but yeah.

Can we include "No nowcast polls"?

    Please?

Civics is not a consumer product that you can ignore because you don’t like the options presented.

I'm sure it wasn't intentionally that, but it sure functions as one.

It's kind of funny and horrifying how that Onion article that says "this will be the end of Trump's campaign" is made relevant again almost every day.

Seriously, Obama is literally the founder of ISIS now?

Other than the abuse of literally, blaming your opponent for the perpetual dominoes of awful that is the Middle East is at least in the traditional political playbook.

It is wrong, but it is something I can imagine a Romney surrogate saying.

    Thoughts:

    1) Go fuck yourself Bob Woodward.
    2) Obama needs to get out to Iowa, he has a connection to that state.
    3) The napping thing is actually an example of Trump being subtle, it's a way to hit at the Hillary's health conspiracy theories.
    4) South Carolina poll indicates that Clinton could pull off the entire eastern seaboard, something no one's done except Washington.

The idea that your vote is a moral statement about you or who you vote for is some backwards ass libertarian nonsense. Your vote is about society. Vote to protect the vulnerable.

    I’m not a fan of (Obama) because I don’t believe in his ideology, I don’t believe he’s a Christian, I don’t believe he’s a citizen.
He also went on to say (paraphrased in source article) that Obama is African-American because his father was Kenyan, but not black because he grew up did not grow up in black neighborhood.

To put it lightly, I hope the lawsuit sticks.

I saw a Trumpence lawn sign today. On a yard with a 'prayer is America's only hope' and a blue 'it's happening' sign which may or may not be related to Ron Paul or the End Times.

The really odd thing is it's in a pretty swank Dallas neighborhood and is the only one. It's also really low key energy. It looks more like a yard sign for a realtor.

So the DEA decided to keep marijuana as a schedule 1 drug. Kinda past giving a shit about them, but this will probably drive a few more bernie bros towards Johnson. Some times I just don't fucking understand politicians. Obama could have literally told the DEA to reschedule it, and declined to.

There's still a lot of inertia behind keeping it there, and it's probably not something Clinton needs right now.

Could be something for her to do early in her next term, if the opportunity comes up.

Except, you know, the loss of a few dumbasses to Johnson over this issue is likely far less then the losses from going the other way.

It's not that you don't understand politicians it's that you are misconstruing the public support for legalization. Support for legalization only cracked 50% like ... today according to Gallup. And guess how the age demos break down? And guess who votes most?

Oh my god! Read where the proceeds go! Read it!

    Edit:the frequently asked questions:
    Frequently Asked Questions

    What is this?

It’s democracy, baby! Make your voice heard with Cards Against Humanity as we offer two new expansion packs about Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

    Where’s my money going?

The funds that we take in will be split between direct, legal contributions to Hillary Clinton’s PAC, contributions to groups opposing Trump, and get out the vote programs in swing states.

Can I buy more than one?

We’re limiting three packs each per household.

    Are these available internationally?

This promotion is only available in the United States. If you don’t currently live in the United States, good.

Can I add more Cards Against Humanity stuff to my cart?

We’re happy to take more money off your hands. Visit the main store.

Why can’t I buy a pack for Gary Johnson or Jill Stein?

Just skip the middleman and vote for Trump.

I’m mad and I want to tell you about my political views.

    Certainly. Please email EntitledWhining@CardsAgainstHumanity.com.

There's a house in Plano I would happen to drive by from time to time about a year ago with a small, simple, white yard sign that just said "FIGHT SOCIALISM" in black letters. I haven't found an excuse to swing by that neighborhood since, but I'm reeeeeally curious to see what signs have joined it.

Honestly asking here-relevant to what? I just don't see it. I find my statistical relevancy of eating a ham sandwich today a bit more interesting. It changes so frequently that it feels sometimes every other post is one.

Edit:. To clarify, I don't entirely see the relevancy three months out, not the entire uselessness of the nowcast.

Add Ronald Reagan's daughter to the list of those opposed to Trump.

    http://abcnews.go.com/US/ronald-reagans-daughter-blasts-trumps-verbal-violence/story?id=41292972
In a Facebook post directed at the Republican presidential candidate, President Ronald Reagan's daughter blasted Donald's Trump's "glib and horrifying comment" on the Second Amendment.

"I am the daughter of a man who was shot by someone who got his inspiration from a movie," the post by Patti Davis begins, referring to the 1981 assassination attempt on Reagan by John Hinckley Jr.

Trump made the controversial remarks at a campaign stop on Tuesday. "Hillary [Clinton] wants to abolish, essentially abolish the Second Amendment," he said to a crowd of supporters in the Trask Coliseum at North Carolina University in Wilmington. "If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks.

"Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is. I don't know," he added.

Trump has since come under fire from critics who say that the remarks encouraged violence.

In the Facebook post, Davis, the eldest child of Ronald and Nancy Reagan, echoed this line of criticism, invoking her family's experience with the 1981 shooting, which wounded the president and three others in Washington, D.C.

"Your glib and horrifying comment about 'Second Amendment people' was heard around the world," the post reads. "It was heard by sane and decent people who shudder at your fondness for verbal violence. It was heard by your supporters, many of whom gleefully and angrily yell, "Lock her up!" at your rallies. It was heard by the person sitting alone in a room, locked in his own dark fantasies, who sees unbridled violence as a way to make his mark in the world, and is just looking for ideas. Yes, Mr. Trump, words matter. But then you know that, which makes this all even more horrifying."
