Threads not jumping to latest unread post when opened

This just started today. It's not happening on my phone with Chrome, but it is happening on my desktop Chrome. May not be an issue with the forums per se, but just posting here in case anyone else has seen this behaviour and has any guesses on cause.

    Any embedded stuff (like Twitter feeds) on that page? That causes the page to jump after it loads due to the embedded stuff loading afterwards.

    Yeah, is it loading and then jumping around? Or just staying at the top of the page?

    Not jumping at all, even after loading fully.

    By the way, in Chrome for the desktop you can enable scroll anchoring.

    I'm experiencing this using Chrome on my Nexus 5, which I just recently updated to Android 7.0 but can't say for sure it started right then or not.
