    Hmmm.. actually thats a good idea, might give that a go with some of the VR games I have tried that make me a bit queasy.

    Some people take ginger supplements (like ginger candy or ginger ale... ginger is a common home remedy for nausea) before using VR. This is definitely a thing.

    I've heard and seen that before, tried ginger candies before for nausea.. didnt help when I did but it is cheaper than other things so its worth giving it a go again

    Ginger tablets are probably totally a placebo, but it's what "worked" for me with seasickness.

    +1 on the ginger. In my experience I've found that sucking on a piece of candied ginger throughout the nausea-inducing activity helps, replenishing it as and when needed. Probably doesn't hurt that I'm fond of the taste.
