I'm starting to get REALLY concerned about my PAX AUS 2016 badge hasn't arrived in the mail as of the 19th of Oct. I ordered it last year so it should have been posted.
I've tried calling the customer service line multiple times, left them messages and sent multiple emails the over 10 days ago. I'm yet to receive any contact from anyone on the matter. I saw a post here about a week ago that got a response from someone who seemed like an admin. Is there any source people can refer me to so I can actually talk to someone?
