No where in that page does it refer to a specific species of chile as green. Basically it says in more detail what I already said. That there are many different varieties of chiles, many of which are green. So referring to a green chile is like referring to a red apple. We talking fuji, braeburn, red delicious? All I'm saying is that you were really vague.
