I think he'll be OK. The Giants are a good organization for players that need some help with maturity

Jaguars are apparently signing Doug Marrone to fill their vacant head coaching spot.

Because... They're the Jaguars I guess?

to be honest I'd rather marrone stuck around here. though it's an odd situation because without rex tyrod never would have come to buffalo and who knows would be under center

I'm done giving the Jags my fandom. I was at the very first game, and have been present at most of them since then. I'm not going to support a franchise that continually treats its fans like rabid fucking garbage especially with the record. Fuck you, Jaguars.

Bortles is part of the problem. That receiving corps is actually pretty talented and it's wasted on him.

I'm assuming that's a higher ranking position than coach but you'd think they'd make him coach.

Speaking of coaching news, Gregg Williams is the new Browns DC for some reason. I guess they threw crazy money at him/he hated the Ram's front office a lot.

Secrets, lies, and tragedy. The trifecta.

He's a million years old. Placing him on top of the org chart and hoping the non suckitude will trickle down is probably for the best.

Wanted him with complete FO control, not coaching

Caldwell just got a 2 year extension.

Bortles has posted a sub 59% completion percentage every year he's been in the league. Maybe a new coach fixes him but that's a bad stat that typically doesn't get rehabilitated.

Nah Rex can't leave the East. Mia just got Gase so clearly the Pats win the Owl and Bill retires so Rex replaces him.

Giants trashed the plane they were in on their way back from Green Bay which caused a 3+ hour delay for the next flight

    yeah see

same thing with punching a hole in the wall

    sure, have passion

but don't take your stupid passion out in a way that hinders other people and forces other people to pay for and fix shit

    it's just inconsiderate

The punching a hole in the wall thing is whatever; people get passionate and do stupid shit to inanimate objects in the immediate aftermath of a tough loss. Hell, Dirk Nowitzki famously punched a hole in the wall of the old Golden State arena, and he's generally regarded as one of the most chill, down to earth athletes in professional sports (Of course Dirk also autographed the hole in a kind of mini ceremony a few years later, something I don't really see OBJ ever doing).

Trashing a commercial flight hours later is just childish though. Like, I can't believe the couches wouldn't put a stop to that?
