Cosplay Weapons Policy

Hey, I wanted to get a little clarification. I read through the weapons policies and it pretty much says that nothing can actually be able to fire any kind of projectiles. I'm going to be cosplaying a Hunter from the Division and I might be able to make some kind of weapon out of foam and wood but not sure how good it will look. I was wondering - what if I just filled up the barrel of an airsoft gun with hot glue or resin so there was no way it could fire anything? Would that pass muster or no?

Just want to make sure I'm budgeting enough time for everything, thank you!

It cannot be an airsoft weapon. (Yes, even if it’s deactivated.)
