114 is Unown.
115 is Rilou, which you can get from an egg that that guy gives you. The one in the deep mine thing where he joins you for double battles and heals your Pokemon every battle. You need a slot free in your party.
136 is the humble Tentacool. I'm impressed you haven't seen one because the motherfuckers are everywhere. The Zubats of the sea!
146-148 are nideed the three legendary elf sprite god things.

Yeah. When you go into the Wifi page, go to Invite, and you can pick battle, double battle, or trade.
Edit: Or do you mean 4 players? Not sure about that, I haven't tried.
