You can crisp up brussel sprouts with cheese and butter, and they are absolutely fantastic. I used to hate brussel sprouts until I discovered different ways of cooking them.

we did it when we were in atl, but after some back and forth I felt like the seller was maybe bein shady so we let the offer expire and offered on a different house today
and uh hopefully we should know about that tomorrow
