A lot of us here have varying brain issues it seems. Music can be extremely therapeutic for me when my depression decides to ignore my meds and fuck with me. If there is one thing that helps me cope it's good music. Usually depressing music helps the most, like some kind of double negative turning into a positive. I don't know if it's because I can relate or if it's because I'm relieved to hear that someone else goes through similar mental issues.
So for me...it's depressing music. Maybe for you it's angry music or love songs? Whatever gets you through any brain problems you might have.
So here are some of my favorite go to songs when I'm feeling down.

There are a lot more but I'm not going to just make an OP of a hundred youtube links. Some of these songs found me when I was at a certain point in my life where the lyrics spoke to me. Others I can hear and just understand the pain in them.
Either way, I bet most of us have songs that help us through the tough times in our lives.
Let's share.
