Occasionally there are games where I think 60 fps is a mistake
Cuphead is one such game
To see that 1930's cartoon style moving so fluidly kills the entire purpose behind it, as far as I'm concerned
It still looks great in stills but I think it looks kinda bad in motion
no. not at all.
it looks great. it moves exactly like those cartoons did. the movie shorts from the 1930's WERE that fluid
the gameplay is incredibly fun but they really need an immediate "quit to desktop" option in the menu, not quit, wait for a loading screen, get another splash screen, wait for a loading screen go to another menu and exit game.
it can get frustrating sometimes and I just want out.
Can you alt-F4? That works as a nice quit shortcut in a lot of games.
STRAFE's got a big update, with new Daily and Weekly challenge modes, the ability to save and continue your run later (WHY WAS THIS NOT IN THE BASE GAME), new enemies, 20 unlockable mutators, and more.
God, was the influx of great games and television and whatnot recently the universe's way of preparing us for the shitstorm it was unleashing? How much more is to come!?

yeah like...that's one of the most recognizable things about that style
Don't forget Filmation!
This was gonna be my Switch game this week but Stardew Valley has thrown that, and probably my entire life, out of order

This week needs to chill the fuck out in all ways

Well also, the Switch version was delayed due to the Unity bug that's been hitting a bunch of Switch indie titles.
