Jesus either a 15 upper Khara is really that hard or the people i ran it with maybe didn't belong there. We finished it but like 15 wipes on last guy and a few to 2nd and 3rd guy too. At least everyone stayed positive.
Someone pointed out that the gnome hair is not a current hairstyle. It is sort of a combination of two current hairstyles though. Also, notice the tabbards. They are in high rez.
these are two things a supposed "leak" had mentioned as coming in the expansion. So either they figured this out on their own and faked the rest, or the plot is thickening.
I dunno tho, that leak looked so damn fake. It was promising way too much and the title was dumb as shit.
Also I think it had Northern Plaguelands as a new zone? There is no Northern Plaguelands. There's literally not land there (EPL ends with Stratholme or Ghostlands... There's coast above that on literally every map ever released. I find it hard to believe they just "found" more land there).
And as much as I'd love it to happen, they aren't going to waste time merging the BE starting zones into the continent. That is a shit load of work and a waste of their time when they have an entire expansion to design.
I think "northern plaguelands" is a play on a stupid old urban legend about the bit of land on the map north of the plaguelands zones that's not part of any zone being a secret area or something.
I've been out there somehow or other, there's nothing there like in all the unused meant-to-be-unreachable areas before they added flying in the old world. But the real reason for that part of the map being there is that it's the space that stratholme is supposed to physically exist in, and there's just an invisible wall up there because that's where the border to the ghostlands is and they don't want you to see that the blood elf lands don't physically exist attached to the rest of the eastern kingdoms continent because they didn't weld them together when they had the chance in cataclysm.
There used to be a seam? or a gap in the seam between the barrens and Ashenvale near the goblin tower
You could fall through it but it was unnerving to know there was just a razor thin level of ground your characters walk upon before that abyss
There was also a gap between a building in Stratholme that you could fall through
They fixed them in cata
I used to have the pics on a drive I forgot how to access

Probably a bit of both, with a splash of "The dungeon isn't really that hard anymore, but it used to be, so nobody ran it, so nobody knows the mechanics, which means it's still harder on average"
medivh and mana devourer can still be pretty tough
the last boss isn't very difficult though

Well I did Trial of Style on two of my alts without setting up things ahead of time. Somehow my priest who has like zero transmog pieces won first place on the Primal theme. Haha.. It must have been the skull helmet :P (to be fair, I'm impressed at myself for throwing something Primal looking together in 2 minutes with fucking cloth). Then my hunter literally did not place in any of them. Admittedly deserved because Jesus I could not construct anything good. Fucking how do I do Epic Purple when I have like 2 pieces of purple gear? Half of my outfit was blue Also the transmog menu kept fucking me over, because it kept wanting to replace my work with pre-saved transmog sets. At one point I accidentally applied it without realizing and didn't have time to fix everything Still it was fun, and most people seemed nice (maybe most of the jerks got it out of the way the first day?)

That's the problem
I was scared of doing Mythics as I thought they were brutal and since no one wanted rogues or warlocks was the other reason for something?
But after doing a few they were just heroics of TBC that hard but doable

"new cosmetic options" is like the lowest bar to clear in an MMO expansion, it's actually shocking when you don't get any
Well yeah, but WoW has also had one of the WORST character creation "tools" for a long time now. To upgrade that would be a huge gift to the players. Kind of like finally making the DH class that had been shown as planned since Vanilla beta images.
Which is why it makes sense. Much of Legion (and ESPECIALLY the bullet points when it was revealed) were huge love letters to the fans. It would not be shocking to have an expansion that did the same thing when it kind of was super successful.
I don't think that cosmetic upgrades are a big enough thing that they couldn't be put in a patch. I would not be shocked and would eat my words if it was in 7.3.5 (but you are insane if you think that would be in 7.3 and somehow would be the ONLY thing that didn't get datamined one bit). But I also think it would be too great of a selling point to not put in the expansion. I mean come on, you can't look at the concept of improvements like that fake leak mentioned and say that isn't printing money for blizzard. One free character recreation and you pay for the rest? Shit would blow up.
Tell that to our healer who kept getting knocked off the ship and the shadow priest who never made it to phase 3 and was dead in phase 1 most of the time.
I'd really like one more character slot per server instead of having to decide between having one of every class adventurer or a bank mule that doesn't leave the intersection between bank and AH.
Tell that to our healer who kept getting knocked off the ship and the shadow priest who never made it to phase 3 and was dead in phase 1 most of the time.
Phase 1 is whatever; phase 2 can be easily cheesed if you have a couple ranged. Then just lust in p3 and kill him before he really does any mechanics.
Though if they're dying in phase 1... I dunno

There, Trial of Style conquered in all four armor classes. I also won 1st place for a 3rd time and only on my second queue (my poor hunter, only one who didn't place ever ). I'm actually pretty happy with my outfit for "Everyday Heroes":
(I still don't know what the hell that category is supposed to be, but I went with "regular jobs" this time and it seemed to work out for me)
Just did the first raid finder wing of Antorus on PTR and it turns out LFR is kinda fun when you lock a bunch of actually good players to an appropriate ilvl (885 in this case) and you have to figure out the mechanics as you go along.
Edit: Aesthetically, the first wing feels like a fel version of Icecrown.

Please let the next expansion's design be something other than GREEN AND PURPLE GREEN AND PURPLE GREEN GREEN GREEN GREEN PURPLE GREEN AND PURPLE.
Love, everyone.
I think you'll like the MacAree part of Argus. It has a feel of Draenor Shadowmoon, but more ancient.
Honestly, other than the Broken Shore, I didn't get overloaded with fel stuff for the most of expansion. I especially liked the design of Val'sharah and the contrast of forest green with corruption red.

Valsharah is a beautiful zone, but since I still do not have flying it is a HUGE pain to move around in.
I like Highmountain the most. Even though it is also hard to move around in, at least you can see what you are trying and failing to get to. Also, I have levitate and the green flying toy so Highmountain just lets me go to a high point and I can get anywhere. That just doesn't happen in Val'Sharah because you either can't tell if there is a wall behind those thick trees, or you hit a branch and the "flying" stops.
Please let the next expansion's design be something other than GREEN AND PURPLE GREEN AND PURPLE GREEN GREEN GREEN GREEN PURPLE GREEN AND PURPLE.
Love, everyone.
Coupled with this, I'd love to see more fights that don't use fire. Even Wrath; which was ostensibly about the OPPOSITE OF FIRE; had way too high percentage of raid bosses with fire abilities.
What i hate is fights where you have to later 3 or 4 people interrupting something since you must not miss a cast, but the boss also casts something else that either shouldn't or can't be interrupted. Bonus hate if the thing you have to interrupt is actually an add.

Upper Kara is really hard with the increased Boss Healthpool. Eye Beam boss (final) hurts a lot, especially if the group isn't interrupting DOT. The mana worm boss is easy if you kill him quickly, but over time it because a timed endurance race.

biggest problem with mana devourer is people trying to soak too many orbs
you don't need to grab more than 8-9 per wave.

I can grab a ton if sprint and cloak of shadows are both up. I think it's the only reason we beat it when we did.

maybe if someone suggested... SELLING extra slots... for $40 each...

I think Green will be replaced with black with a smidgen of blue.
Even with all the green though, I enjoy it much more than the overall colors of WoD. All that brown.

How about... Orange and Gray?
Third Ragnaros dungeon incoming
I got freestyle like 6 times in a row
it was the worst
I am going to be the weaked ilvl 900 ever.
I feel it's silly to just let us have 2 to wear.
Also why am I not get the essence to upgrade them anymore?

You need to be on the quest to get the essence.
