also while i too pay at least all my debt minimums and try to pay above that when i can, i very much understand the desire to buy fun shit. i want to buy a guitar or a keyboard, and i want to travel internationally again. it can be a hard task, telling myself no. despite pax and occasional fat guy fast food moments, i am generally fairly monkish and live beneath the means of every peer at my job with the same income (largely due to stuff like mental healthcare, diabetes stuff and debt). maybe i will somehow break through and make a ton more money and punch my way out of this situation before i'm a senior citizen. but it is very possible i won't and so when it seems like i may have to declare bankruptcy anyway some day, the idea of living at the cusp of constant self-denial is just ludicrous. it's like a joke.
so far i just keep plugging along tho.
dude i have a couple guitars i would have happily given you one
And there's these jerks just giving away guitars
What kind of world, am I right, Chu
Struggling to get by
And there's people just giving away guitars

Listen you guitar millionaire
With a million guitars

Some PC 3D games from the 1990s are still enjoyable if only because you can make them look vastly better than almost any normal gaming PC at the time could handle.
But even then the vast majority fail for the same reason a lot of PS1, Saturn, and N64 3D games fail that has little to do with the graphics. The controls. Jesus Christ a lot of the controls are just amazingly cumbersome unless they weren't very 3D when it came to movement like a lot of JRPGs.

This journal's style guide is the worst
and by worst I mean reasonable but I hate having to deal with formatting citations in a way other than my standard

Crimson Skies was very rad. Didn't they make a 2? And it sucked?
And wasn't the first one one of the first online xbox games?

yeah there was a battletech-style FASA game (hexes, lots of 2d6 rolls compared vs charts) and later a pretty darn good WizKids clicktech game.
