Any Scopus cracks here? Want to do bibliometrics on international cooperation

ThirithThirith Registered User regular
For my job I often have to do amateur bibliometrics, in particular on specific collaborations between two countries, for which we use co-publications that have authors in both countries.

However, I would quite like to do a baseline of sorts, for which I'd need to do a search that gives me *all* international co-publications - not for specific countries, but any publication that has authors in two or more countries. Once I have these results, I'd then look at e.g. how the numbers develop over time or how these are distributed across different fields. These refinements are pretty simple, but I'd need to come up with a search first that gives me international cooperations only.

Any idea how I could search for this in Scopus?
