Necromancer + Gladiator is a ton of block too and with the changes to Witch Necromancer the ideal aura support is either Necromancer + Guardian or Necromancer + Champion.
Hege staff crit Tectonic slam jugg sounds appealing, though given the response to Tectonic slam on reddit I'm guessing it's going to be popular so I'll probably pick something else

im goign to do a build where i get a max es shield and use it as a coc with spec shield toss
It was already insane due to getting the infinite leech node. Free cull, more damage, reflect immunity makes it absolutely nuts. I figured the overleech wouldn't survive intact. The minor buff to the Raider node wasn't really necessary, it's still strong. Deadeye node getting an accuracy buff makes it competitive.
Scion Sabo didn't really get much which is sad. It's still the worst Scion subclass. Pathfinder was the second worst and remains the second worst. Guardian remains highly situational.
Scion Occultist is crazy good, it got 2 of the most powerful benefits of Witch Occultist. Scion Berserker might end up being really powerful, but it highly depends on just how strong Rage is in practice.
I see some interesting combinations. Jugg + Trickster might let you run a max-charge Discharge build as long as you wait a few seconds between nuking packs down and use Enduring Cry to bridge the gap. Now that'd be interesting.

I am thinking ED Occultist (to kill bosses faster and get more ES), ED/Cont Trickster (now that the Trickster has a "No stun if you got stunned recently", so you don't need Tsoagoth) or Tectojugg.
Problem with ED Occultist is that sooner or later you want CI, and that means Presence of Chayula (removing Void Beacon so you can get Vile Bastion will probably lower your damage too harshly), and that one is going to be more expensive.

Occultist is Stun immune now if you have any amount of ES, so you don't need presence anymore.

If you get Vile Bastion, yes, but that is 4 points. For that Occultist you have to also get Vile Bloom and Malediction, and if you get Vile B you can't pick Void Beacon (-20 chaos res and 100% reduced regen for nearby enemies) which might reduce efficacy a lot. Not sure. However, Witchfire Brew or Despair+Blasphemy might help with that.
Presence of Chayula also converts 20 % of max life to ES, which works perfectly with LL, which in turn is pretty much what every ED/Cont Occultist moves towards in the endgame.
Of course, I might just go Melee Jugg since there has never been a better time for that, and I haven't played melee in a good while.
ED/Cont might also be a bad choice for Bestiary if you want to catch stuff reliably.
You are now twice as likely to obtain maps you have not yet completed on the Atlas as maps you have. This is intended to help players who choose to play solo complete their Atlas.
Harness the Void: Grants your hits a 25% chance to gain 25% of Non-Chaos Damage as Extra Chaos Damage, 15% chance to gain 50% of Non-Chaos Damage as Extra Chaos Damage and 5% chance to gain 100% of Non-Chaos Damage as Extra Chaos Damage. (THIS IS A RIP)
Was watching nugi and he started thinking about a champion cleave build. That sounds hipster as hell, challenge accepted. And at lvl 40 something I slap on the hemo gloves and I have the cool part of glad too. Wonder how much the cleave gems will go for on Xbox .

I ran the jugg cleave thing that was popular in abyss. It was slow on bosses but worked ok on mobs if you got those exploding from bleed dmg gloves.
Minion damage has been adjusted, and all minion types (except Raging Spirits) will now attack more quickly, but deal less base damage. This also fixes a long-standing issue where added damage would only apply in-part to most minions, so many minions will also get up to 50% more damage from sources of added damage. Sources of increased attack speed for your minions will now be correctly multiplicative with their base attack speed.
It sounds like this is only for attacks but I wonder if a nerf to spell Spectres is rolled into this.
E:
Maps that contain The Elder no longer contain additional monsters or provide Elder rare items from monsters other than The Elder.
Rip infinite Elder Vaults, although I guess sextant change already ripped that.
Okay so now with the patch notes up and no real changes to skills, what is going to be my league starter (and in all likelihood, finisher)? I ran an ED/Contagion during Abyss and it was okay but sometimes felt real clunky getting mobs grouped up enough for everything to proliferate (but when it worked it was hilariously strong). I think the league before that I did a SRS build and had a pretty good time with it but I'd like to try something new. Help please!

90% of everyone is going big /thick / whatever meme juggz as it will be immortal. But honestly the best thing in these patch nots isn’t that maps you haven’t completed are now more likely to drop.

Lots of people will do Tectojugg. I am torn between a meleejugg and ED Occultist.

also mittens i find it way more fun to come up with a build concept - often something really dumb, like can you do a tri-element build where you use 3 different attacks each of which cocs a different spell and then use elemental equilibrium and cycle them - and then make it. literally anything is viable up to like tier 12 maps simply because the game is pretty braindead right now so long as you make sure you have enough defense, so its not like you will ever make anything that cant function
With the Oni nerf I don't know what I will level as. Was planning on farming one up and leveling up a champ. I might just do RF or Miner but with all the new ascendency changes...

If I played, I was contemplating something like a quad totem hierophant with glacial cascade.

So I guess if I don't have the cash for Xoph's and don't want Avatar of Fire, in order to 100% convert to fire Tectonic Strike, I'm going to need to use a Nghamu's?
Edit: You know, Chieftain might just be more appealing. I'm not J U G G but I do more damage and still have free Endurance Charges if I can ignite.
Ah marvel heroes , feels bad man. After the ultimate alliance series died that was my one bright spot . Anyway try slayer
Edit - for a more detailed explanation try cyclone-melee dmg- brutality-maim-dmg on full health- fast attacks or concentrated effect.
Depends on what class you are playing to be fair. Slayer will almost always have full health for the damage bonus but if you are something else may want to switch it. Fortify if you have nowhere else to get it could work.

You could do an unarmed version with Blackgleam/Signal Fire.

!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's not the only relevant stuff.
Nice though as I only play solo. Ive seen a lot of people saying Harness is OP but I could handle playing a poison char.
they had said skill buffs were coming but were delayed from 3.1 to 3.2 and no sign of them
super boring notes
