Sami Zayn is doing fine. He decisively won his feud with Kevin Owens. He was noble and determined in defeat in a program that was crucial in the process of turning Braun Stroman into an absolute superstar. His neurotic wrestler thing is super entertaining. He pops the live crowds when his music hits. Does he have a title yet? No. But his entire character is defined by being an underdog. That's not a character that's going to win all the time.
Nah. Give him a few months in NXT and be awesome first because I fear when NXT people get called up.
Also, we have no idea if that dude can talk at all. If he's on the main roster he can't just be all stiff kicks and remarkably smooth transitions to the lotus position.
If there's anyone I'd say "fuck it, just call 'em up now" to, it's Ruby Riot. I can't remember the last time someone showed up in NXT who already seemed to have all of the pieces put together, especially among the women.
He's a pretty solid talker. Not spectacular but he can certainly get the job done and even without any WWE polish on him I'd say he's more than up to par with what you find on the main roster...which is admittedly a low bar to clear, but whatever.

He has been entertaining yes, but guy whose gimmick is "doesn't win much" doesn't bode well for how the main roster is going to use him.
A buddy of mine is an indie wrestler, and the tiny promotion he works with has gotten fucked over large by the recent changes to Youtube's ad friendly model.
They always did decent enough on gate to justify keeping the lights on, so their promotion is in no way at risk of going under.
But they're basically going to stop putting their shows on Youtube as there's no money in it and having the crew to film, edit, and produce the Youtube content was a cost they can't eat if it's pure lost dollars.
The promotional value of having that online isn't worth it. It's apparently orders of magnitude more expensive to run cameras and sound guys and whatnot than to just run the wrestling as is live in a small venue.
So, that's that. Their "show" is going bye bye thanks to Youtube's opaque policy system.

"Going"? He's been an upper midcard/lower uppercard fixture for well over a year now.
Hey, I'm almost 20 pages behind because I'm finally watching Backlash, plus I still have Takeover, Raw, and Smackdown to watch.
I just wanted to point out something I hope people didn't already know: Sami's new tights that he started wearing at Backlash are a reference to an Operation Ivy song, Sound System. (I had to look this up, because I wanted to know what the quote on them was from)
From the designer:
Guys there is a new music video for some shitty song out now but it has Mojo Rawley pouring soy sauce on Rob Gronkowski and I didn't realize I needed this in my life.

He wins some and he loses some. He's a believable and over upper midcarder who is in a position where he could be transitioned into the world title scene at any time.

Who would you rather game with. The Super Best Friends Zaibatsu or Brennan Williams aka Better Woolie

Anyway, about to start Jinder vs. Randy, oh boy
3DS: 2981-5304-3227
how great was it to hear him say "Vegeta?"
"should I stay after smackdown to watch 205 live"
I think I'll ask him if he ever does get Vince on UUDD, what game will he play.
Update after finishing the match:

Yes, bask in the joy of Jinder no longer being hindered.
"Can I be on UUDD?"
ask him if he knows the Kacho

If Jinder Mahal can be nothing and then WWE champ inside of a month, then literally anyone can transition in the world title scene at any time.
Blue Pants for WWE champion. Why not?
Well there were specific reasons they chose Mahal over others.
Besides his, ahem, body transformation.

Why?
Usually they double down on/refuse to abandon awful things and people. See them sticking with Susan G Komen
Steam
finn got another bad shirt
Is this a why was I surprised or why do I believe Moolah was awful?
