Shouldn't be a big deal, but jesus christ we've been flooded with tickets about this because "save to PDF" is just too much of a fucking problem, and nobody knows how to install Chrome.
Here's a weird one. Doing some patching after hours. reboot the sql server, can ping it just fine. After other servers reboot find that none of the services that need sql are working.
try to remote into the sql server. doesn't work. try pinging the server again, it responds fine.
Go into the server room and bring up the console (this is still a physical box). I can bring up the ctrl+alt+del to login screen, but the keyboard command doesn't actually do anything. Mouse moves just fine, but I can't even click the accessibility tools button at the login screen.
Had to hard boot the server. Everything now works. :rotate:
