I have a question about Eevee. For some reason, every Eevee I've breeded happens to have shitty IVs in just about every stat, even when I breeded one with a studly Arcanine I've got (has 31s in HP, SpAtk, SpDef). I'm looking to get me a Jolteon for my party and this is really disheartening.
Anyone know how to help out or is the randomness factor of IVs too much that nothing much can be done about it?

Some IVs are transferred from the female - it's unavoidable. So, chances are, if ALL your mother Eevee's IVs are shit, at least 2 (I think it's 2) IVs on the offspring will be shitty. I think.
So..um..i talked to some guy and he gave me a globe, then it gave me a message saying it moved it somewhere but i missed where..i want to say the underground pc..but i've never heard of that before o.O can anyone tell me what this globe does and where it would have been moved too?

It's a secret base decoration, I think it works just like the globe in the GTS (it shows you the locations, if they registered them, of people you've traded with). You can only access it from the PC inside your base once you make it in the underground, which you can access later in the game.
Edit: And I would like to point out that feebas is a filthy whore. That's three of them now that I botched the evolution on.
There's some complicated math behind it, but rather than give you the formula, I'll just link this, which makes it a ton easier.

Math is to pokemon what build orders are to RTS games: They make the difference between a player and a great player.
Granted, I don't claim to be a great player. I usually give up with a half-assed EV spread with 3 points somewhere that I don't want them.

Welll, they never really "added" it, it's been there forever. It's just in recent times, players have gotten into manipulating it.

Does that mean that my def IV is 15 and my speed is 25 etc? What are the maxes? What is acceptable? Sorry to be a noob.
IVs range from 0-31. The formula is complicated, so the calculator needs a lot or certain information to give you your exact IV. You speed is 25. Your Special Defense is 30 or 31. The calculator needs more information for your Attack.
This stuff isn't really neccessary though. I'm not talking about just in the main quest either, you could still battle competively without worrying if all your IVs are perfect.
So err... I've been EV training my Gengar, and he's currently full up on speed EVs and has 72 special attack AVs.
I've been looking to feed him ten vitamins to boost up some more special attack EVs, but the game says "it will have no effect."
Any idea why this is happening
Give the vitamins first. You can only give 100 EVs with vitamins (10 EVs for 1 Vitamin). If you have over 100 EVs, they will "have no effect."
Why is my spa invalid?
You either entered information incorrectly or you did not enter the EVs that the pokemon has. If you haven't entered the EVs, then all those stats the calculator listed are wrong. You cannot get accurate IVs without entering EVs. A trick around this is saving, level up with a lot rare candies to check IVs, then restart.
It's possible you entered it wrong, or maybe have EV's (Was the pokemon you're testing ever used in battle? EV's will throw off the calculation) in that stat. That could also explain why it can't make heads or tails of your attack. It's got fairly secure numbers for everything else, though, so a good sign.
What's a good moveset for Vileplume? I've been thinking Aromatherapy/Sludge Bomb/Stun Spore/Giga Drain, but I feel like it could be better and I'm missing something.

You can do that for a shard or something. Check the first post I think it says.
Shards are for TM's. Forget who you trade them in to. Greedy ass wants ten of them per trade, though - they're common, but I haven't gotten more than 4 of any single color yet.

Move relearner in Pastoria (I think it's Pastoria?). He asks for a heart scale, which you can dig up in the underground.
There's a guy in Pastoria City that will do it in exchange for a Heart Scale per move.
