next order of business is obviously where to watch the reveals. will link the obvious/most likely places here, but expect mirrors to be posted in thread closer to time as streams will get hammered.

    EA
    Twitch
    YoutTube

    MS
    Mixer - previously Beam.pro

MS are promoting their own streaming service pretty hard and haven't mentioned other sites, but will list them here just to be safe.

    Twitch
    YouTube

there will also be a Sea of Thieves stream after the presser which can be found Here

    Bethesda
    Twitch
    YouTube

    PC Gaming Show
    Twitch
    Mixer

No mention of Youtube on their site, but they do have links to Steam and Facebook. Am not linking those.

    Ubisoft
    Twitch
    YouTube

Ubisoft have regional Youtube channels as well as the main one I've linked above. The also have a French Twitch channel. Worth keeping in mind.

    Sony
    Twitch
    YouTube
    Mixer

    Nintendo
    Twitch
    YouTube

there will also be streams during the show showing off titles big and small.

Official E3 site with stream - thanks Krathoon.
    Twitch at E3

Imagine with a brief idea of what Twitch will be showing over the week.

The place to watch Sony is in the theaters with free tickets

Getting those tickets was an abominable nightmare this year, but tickets get!

Can't wait. Really enjoyed it the past couple years.

good news! you don't need press credentials. E3 is officially open to the public this year. don't fancy your chances of getting a ticket though. sorry.

    Good job, Wraith! E3 HYYYYPPPEE.

Devolver Digital's new co-op Zelda-like looks totally awesome. It's Four Swords for the modern era.

Really pumped for Sony's presser. Less optimistic about Nintendo's 30 minutes, but it wouldn't take much for me to get hyped up for any news coming out of that.

I believe @BillyIdle will be hitting the show floor and reporting his impressions of every single title

I'm still baffled as to why Microsoft's presser will be 90 minutes long. Here's hoping this doesn't give them time to slog through crap similar to this:

Nintendo's thing will only be 30.

90 minutes is about standard for MS and Sony, MS will likely run a bit longer this year. as for why, they haven't talked about their slate going forward at tall. we've seen bits of Sea of Thieves, we know Crackdown exists in some form and we can assume that Forza 7 will be shown. beyond that though they've been incredibly quiet. i'm guessing, hoping, they've got a fair bit to talk about and that's why they'll be running longer. not long till we find out for sure.

I'd like to think it's because they'll spend so much time on Scorpio, they need that extra time for all the new Xbox games!

But it's probably just because they'll spend so much goddamn time on Scorpio.

Whoa, I'm glad I clicked this thread, because what the fuck, companies are scheduling their stage talks AHEAD of E3 itself now? What is this lame one-upping going on?

Better mark my calendar appropriately. I have no expectations from anyone this year, I think I might be watching out of habit more than anything. Is that bad?

they've been doing in the day or two prior to the show kicking off for a while now. i think E3 are probably going with the earliest lead in ever this year though, but they've been skipping the main show in favour of the 'EA Play' events the last couple of years so i guess they can make their own schedule.

I know they'd schedule for Mondays and Tuesdays in years past, and the show would open late Tuesday / early Wednesday. I'm just thrown that Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are increasingly loaded with that content now.

I am curious to see what the "PC Gaming" thing is about though. That I'm actually excited for, out of curiosity.

All I really want to see is something concrete for Red Dead Redemption 2 (more than a teaser trailer), along with a release date. Beyond that, I find myself moving away from AAA titles in general, so... yeah. I'm hoping for a few surprises up my alley, but not really anticipating anything else.

Phil Spencer has been pretty good about keeping the E3 shows focused on the games. obviously there was the Scorpio and One S announcements last year, and Scorpio will need to get time dedicated to it this year but i think most of the talk will be paired with the game demos.

Yeah the PC Gaming show is much more lowkey and intimate (and let's be real here, poverty) compared to the conferences from big players like Sony, Microsoft, Ubisoft, et al. You don't have a PC Multinational Conglomerate Company to throw money at it after all. But Day9 has been a great host and it's generally a nice chill event.

And new XCOM 2 shit is being revealed there so you know I'm watching.

PC Gaming show had historically been an excuse for AMD to shill it's gear. PC Gamer hosting it this is really interesting.

Anywho, apparently if you watch the Xbox conference on Mixer, you get free shit:
    Xbox E3 MixPot

Watch the Xbox E3 Briefing on Mixer to get free stuff. We wanted to do something special for fans during this year’s Xbox E3 Briefing, so we’re giving away a whole MixPot of digital goodness to everyone watching and logged in on Mixer. Here’s how it works:

-Watch the Xbox E3 Briefing live on Mixer: The briefing will be aired on Sunday, June 11 at 2:00pm PDT. You can watch via the Mixer viewing app on Xbox One, via any web browser at mixer.com/Xbox, or by using the Mixer app on iOS or Android.
-Sign in to your Mixer account: You must be logged into your Mixer account to get your MixPot.
-Link your Mixer account to your Microsoft/Xbox Live account: To learn how to link your Mixer account to your Microsoft/Xbox Live account, see Link a Mixer account to your Microsoft account. Don’t worry if your account isn’t linked during the E3 Briefing. Just be sure it’s linked by Friday, June 16th, 11:59 PM PT.
-That’s it! Keep an eye out during the briefing as we announce all the digital goodness that will be coming to you after the event.

Really looking forward to the MS panel, I thought the Xbox and 360 were the stars of their respective generations and it's been weird not owning any MS hardware this go 'round. I want to see more about what they're doing for their mid-cycle update.

Also holding out hope that Bethesda gives us something on Elder Scrolls VI. I'm not expecting a FO4 style "oh, and it will be available this year" but I'd settle for some bullshots or even a title.

Based on the chatter, all I'm expecting from Microsoft is Forza 7, Ori 2, Halo Wars 2 expansion, ReCore Definitive Edition (aka, the finished version) and maybe one new IP. Even Halo 6 isn't meant to be there.

TBH the only conferences I'm looking forward to this year are Sony and Nintendo's. Can't say I'm looking forward to EA stinking up the joint, as usual, in a few hours but I guess I'll watch it for a laugh anyway.

yup, the major press conferences always come in the lead up to the actual event, Nintendo being a notable exception. EA are really ahead of things this year though, which is what prompted be to make the thread.

Scorpio's a mandate for a longer show, certainly. I think Crackdown 3 will be their centerpiece game since it was supposed to be a technical showpiece for cloud-rendered gaming, now they can put that to work and create something that makes the Scorpio purchase worthwhile (given today's multiplat-driven environment, a powerhouse console is a hard sell without exclusive content that can really put it through its paces. Just being a box to play a prettier version of Destiny 2 won't be enough).

All i'm really looking forward to is a peek into what Retro Studios is doing. Been over 3 years since DKCTF, and really that was a game that went gold by holiday 2013 that Nintendo just held back. Nervous because a Retro game isn't likely to make it by this holiday and Nintendo's saying it's all about the '17 games this time.
