Yes. That's the first time I've used them. I was testing the handling difference between various tire sizes.
Either way, there's not a lot I wouldn't do to have that paint job.
Interesting story though.
My friend's cousin officially got her ride pimped, and they just got done filming it. It was a Ford Fiesta, and they did it Guitar Hero style. Itll be on tomorrow, for anyone that watches. I guess she does softcore porn too.

See, you can't just throw that out there as a non-sequitur and not give us more details.

So I showed the demo to my Dad last night on our huge HD projector screen. Today he went out and bought the wireless racing wheel and a copy of the game because he figured it would "be an awesome summer toy" for him.
What kind of cars do you guys usually race with. Right now Ive been saving to make a wicked fast Gallardo, but how do you usually decide which class to use?
Anyone got any tips for a guy having trouble controlling S-class cars? I've been good with no assists other than ABS on until I started using S-class cars a lot, but I've got a really fast F430 and Corvette that I can just not control.

For the overpowered RWDs, its all in the throttle management and being able to know the car's boundaries. The moment you feel the back end slipping away, you have to get it back. You have to brake and accelerate in straight lines, or else youre gone.
Oh, and for the people interested in the Pimp My Ride girl thats my friend's cousin ... I have her myspace, which has some raunchy photos, but Im pretty sure linking goes against the rules
Knowing that all these paint jobs are handmade from the ground up is just mind blowing.
I'm going to try my hand at this eventually when I get a large chunk of time. I think I'll be pretty good with practice since I have somewhat of an artistic flair, but any tips or little tricks to apply would be muchly appreciated. Kudos to all the designs I've seen, they're all really awesome.

I've been debating this game sine it came out. I'm fairly certain I'm going to pick it up next week when I get paid. The temptation has been too much for me to handle.
I feel really guilty: Instead of buying "real racing cars" I get the cars I know IRL and update them to s-class :P This game is really nice and it teaches you different things concerning the technologies in the cars. (I love reading the description text)

It's usually "Hey what cars do you guys want for this race?"
This is the last car I bought, tricked out and raced before my launch 360 bit the dust. Fortunately I'll have a new console by the end of the day if everything goes well at Best Buy, and I'll bring this sucker back on the track since it's a great B-class competitor.
How does the car painting work? Can you import your own images?
nope. You've got a stock selection of shapes at your disposal, that you can scale and rotate to your heart's content, and a bunch of layers to place them on.

Nope. You essentially get a bunch of standard shapes along with racing stripes and other images. All these cars people are showing off, like the PA car above, are made by forming together simple shapes.
Crazy, I know.
I kind of wish they'd give you the option of switching to a flat, blank canvas to do some images and then save them so you can transfer them onto the car. You'd think it'd be easier than working around the curves and elements of the car, sometimes not able to see something because on the low parts of the car, shadows sometimes obstruct the image you're making.

I was wondering how many layers you can add to a car. I knew you could add a whole lot of layers, but the other night I was closing in on a hundred and was worried I might reach the end or something and not have my design done.

Yeah, i agree its great. Im still amazed at how people make these things by putting circles and squares and stuff on top of each other, it anyones got some tips id apreciate it.
Anyway, been playing this online a bit and im loving it. Though one thing that annoys me is when someone takes the most annoying line around a track or brakes in the most irritating place and then blames you for hitting into them.

I knew this would happen, I guess its better than a giant wang on the bonnet ramming you by a player called "[email protected]"

I really want to make a General Grant: #99, baby blue (a photo-negative of the General Lee's orange), with a US/Union flag on the roof.
Although probably the worst thing is that their starting bid for a Do-Luck Supra is 400,000 CR.

Cucking funts.
I'm quite satisfied with the result. Now, if I could just trade a virtual car for that shirt...
On a Chevelle?

And perhaps FF with a glass of Zombie on the back
Seconded
My Dad is awesome.

... with new Franky goodness!
I think I'll just do Mabel, put a Fruit Fucker on Tycho's side, slap something simple on the back, and call it finished.
Very, very nice work. I'm tempted to try my hand at a Penny-Arcade car now, just because it seems to be the cool thing to do.
That's it, I'm making a Jesus(is metal) mobile after work.

The only thing I might change is the placement of the 20-sided die.
Also, since we're on the subject, the Penny Arcade car has 780 decals and the Guitar Hero car has 431 decals.
