The Penny Arcade cars just keep coming! I got this game on Friday and i'm loving it, the racing is great fun and the paint mode, well the cars being produced are fantastic. For anyone thats interested i started to learn how to use the paint mode with this tutorial (may have been posted already but its awesome so what the hell.)
So yar, my first effort at starting to make a Penny Arcade car;
Not what i wanted, so i stopped and tried to think of a good composition. I decided to base the car on the first PA book (Attack of the Bacon Robots!) The car is still a w.i.p, and the idea is that finished piece will also have Gabe on the right side of the car, Tycho on the left in their screaming poses from the front cover;
I'll post some more pics as i keep working on it.

I'm trying to go for girly/confused ricer. Note that the hood is just painted black in true ricer fashion.
I would love to see cheap DLC that provides custom paintjobs, for all the folks (including myself) who don't have the time, skill, or patience to create these awesome cars. Personally, I'd love some Virginia Tech related logos (the VT symbol, maybe the Hokie bird, etc.), and I'm sure there are plenty of folks who would love to see logos from their own colleges and favorite sports teams. Hell, throw in some game community stuff too (PA, Red vs Blue, popular games, etc.).
Of course, emphasis on the cheap.
The only downside is that you'll lose the sense of being special, since not many of these custom paintjobs exist. There will probably be hundreds of Halo cars speeding around. (But I guess you can always bypass that by making your own uber-awesome creation)

Oh crap, the Saturn Ion is amazing. I bought it as a joke, but it has the best actual performance to PI ratio I have seen yet. I just beat two AI B-class cars with the Ion in D-class. I usually don't try to bridge more than a 50 point gap. It got me the underdog achievement. This is going to be my online D-class car.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tanks of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
Looks approximately 100 times better in-game, shitty compression absolutely kills the texturing (the whole car has a ton of low-opacity tears and splats to make the paint look rough).

Might want to shrink the Statis vinyl a bit (it clips the edge of the car's side so the upper corner of the first "S" is cut off), but otherwise, perfect. It is an international business machine for sure.

Because that would be so awesome.
I suppose they didn't want wang-cars or boob-cars, but this hasn't stopped anyone (although there would be so many more wang-cars if you could import images).
I just picked this game up and having never played a GT or forza game before... holy shit.

Well, you could go with a brighter pink.. I wish there was a way to add stuff to the interior, could make the whole image complete like that.
