    In my CS Senior Project class, we had a group that we three straight off the boat skinny Chinese dudes and one token fat white American. We had to give a presentation to the class... you could tell which parts the white guy made because all the parts he didn't do had the word "the" sprinkled liberally throughout the entire thing. For example,

    "In this demo the we will show you the some particle effects."

    I give them credit because they can speak way more English than I can speak Chinese but man is it hard to keep from cracking up sometimes.

    My ex is in grad school to become a teacher. She tells me that high school students are terrifyingly stupid. Like, to the point where she has to take a break from grading papers, not because it's mentally strenuous, or anything, just tragic.
