I got in queue immediately and am still waiting so I was a little worried, but I just now got the license popup so now I'm afraid of quitting out, so.
fwiw, I was waiting, got the license agreement, got put back in queue. Waited another 10 minutes or so and nothing was happening so I restarted the game and got in immediately.
Not saying that'll work for everyone, but...
