Eh Infinite Haste doesn't seem that great, unless it also makes him immune to slow then it might be fun in the right circumstance. Infinite quick cast would be pretty amazing. Should be interesting to find out what it is.

I don't typically bring a Hastega, and I do notice Orlandeau tends to suffer for it since his BSB either doesn't get cast or waits for a bit until the OSB goes off. If I never have to worry about Haste on him again, that'd be awesome.
I'm the exact opposite, I always bring a hastega, and sometimes on my emulator account I bring 3! Yet another example of how many different ways you can succeed in Record Keeper.

Finally killed Bismarck a second time. Man, I do not know what was up with that. My initial kill this past afternoon must have been absurdly fortunate, since I basically just rolled in and killed him with one team, no iterations, until I learned the timing and bam he was dead. I guess I got more BLK magic casts to refill Celes's Thundering Twinstrike in the original kill run than I thought?
Who knows, but rather than wait for that to happen again, I just honed Thundering Twinstrike some more, and voila, dead fish.
Y'shtola mostly has healing down, but there are a few times when the boss chains 2 or 3 aoes back to back (especially if one is Savage Breach Blast, which hits for 4k) where things can get dicey.
I think I'm going to dip into nice easy Wednesdaily for a bit to recharge my brain before tackling more Magicites. These things are taxing, even when they're on "farm."

Sounds like Orlandeau's LMR is 25% double cast knight and darkness abilities. LM1 is phy sword damage up, and LM2 is the mysterious haste + infinity symbol.

Didn't expect to be able to legend dive Terra so quickly after spending the motes on Y'shtola, but here we are. I'm gonna have to do a celebratory run of Sealion today to give her a whirl.
I wonder if "infinite haste" would be overwritten by a hastega, causing it to wear off eventually. If not, wouldn't he be immune to slow? Might be interesting if so.

Fenrir dispatched with little fanfare. Killed him with my exploratory team. He dropped a copy of himself, which is decidedly NOT Enkidu. Oh well.
Fenrir has definitely been the least damaging Magicite boss I've fought thus far. Withering Winds was his only damaging attack really, and it was mostly blunted by Wind resistance. Y'shtola had no problem truly solo healing, and even had time to refresh Wall/call the Magicite. Onion Knight and Ramza alternated Hastegas, so the slow was never a problem, and Ramza put up Chant for Cloud. Their damage contribution was laughable, but OK knocked a few blinks off, and his instant Full Charge plus Ramza's Phantasm scored the killing blow RIGHT before a minute lapsed, so they helped! Ayame was the ice damage, though she's still a work in progress, so there's definite room for improvement on her. She might've been better off spamming C1, and letting Cloud use Hailstorm. I also need to get used to the clock sound when her Quickcast procs, so I can use it to refresh her BSB entry more easily, which was doing respectable damage on re-entry. Bringing Cloud? On the Wind boss? Crazy right? He's still probably my best NE damage option. Draw Fire was probably unnecessary, and he would've been better smashing USB powered Hailstorms (or maybe even regular Omega Drive), but as it was, Lifesiphon to two bars, then USB-> BSB2-> spam C1 for mini-Omega Drive was fine for my purposes.
Definite room for improvement/optimization to drop the time quite a bit. I'll probably be farming this guy until at least I get an Enkidu to drop.
This leaves only Liquid Flame for later. That should be tough.

Finally went up against golem. Had been holding off because I heard how awful he is for physical.
One minute six seconds. Cloud got stunned once. I think giving zack omega drive would be better and give cloud lifesiphon. Zack never has anything to do after he has enough meter for chain. Omega drive wasn't worth running over BSB 2 command 1. Fujin wasn't doing much damage but was good for raising the chain count I guess. Not sure if tyro and Alphonse's would be better damage than onion and Fujin.
In any case yes he is anti physical but it didn't really seem to matter to cloud, even without imperil. Did bring all my enhance wind magicite. Also I had Fujin using bartz cloak probably should have put that on cloud. Have another two keystones today, maybe I'll try golem again then go for hydra.
Also I am going to bite the bullet and legend dive Ysh. Relm is great and I love her, but I only have her USB and her legend dive doesn't seem that exciting anyways. She replaces Ysh in JS, but JS is usually easy enough that I don't want to spend motes on making it easier. Maybe Zack would have lived to do a few more 3 damage attacks if she was dived.
So, when I clear the Ruby Dragon Jumpstart, I'll have enough motes to Dive another Spirit user, holy crap.
I guess the question is who to Dive?

Dualcast white magic is the light. Besides Y'shtola, I know Vanille and Deuce get that as their LM2. Not sure who else; I think a bunch of healers get it as their LMR.
Aerith's LM2 notably gives a chance to cast a medica whenever she casts a white magic ability (and she also gets a dualcast LMR).
Way back during multiplayer beta, I got 100% caught up on RMs. Since then, I just run characters with RM drops through events up to about the Ultimate level, and that's been keeping up decently. Or if I need to auto through a daily because it's time to go to work or whatever, the RM farm team goes in for that, too. Honestly most new character RMs are junk that I wouldn't use anyway, so it's no big deal if it takes a few weeks to get them.
Being honest, the extra healing from Dualcast Curaja is probably gonna help more, generally, than the damage on a speedier Terra. I use Y'shtola in most of my non-Magicite teams. I can wait on Trance.
Edit: oh wait. I haven't fully Record dived Y'shtola, and have nowhere near the motes to do that now. Looks like it's Terra or nothing.
After using Vanille BSB as my healer for a long time and a ton of content, I haven't used her at all for a couple months. My healing has been done by either Relm BSB, Eiko BSB, or both (or no healers at all for Jump Starts, hue hue). Relm's LM2 sucks. Eiko's LM2 is... fine, I guess. Maybe I will just get the LM1 for Relm and leave it at that? Or just keep hoarding forever.
I, on the other hand, rarely use Relm since getting Vanille's BSB. The Last Stand + Instant Curaja combo is great, but Relm gets overwhelmed by AoE pretty easily while solo-healing.
Yeah, with the amount of AoE that's been getting thrown around lately, I'm usually much happier when Ysh'tola's medica doublefires than when tetragrammaton does.

It looks like his doublecast is the same sort as the witch doublecasts, in that it consumes two uses of the ability when it goes off. The tradeoff is that, as long as you have more than two uses left, it will always doublecast.
Still, two turns, 22 holy hits with guaranteed crit? Goodgoddamn.

I'm personally holding on to a bank of 100 WIS and SPR motes for a future caster, who is likely to be Golbez, because he's dark daddy husbando, and I have plans to hit the Ursula FFIV-TAY second banner hard for his USB and LMR. On top of that, Rydia gets a bunch of new toys, and Ursula becomes a strong monk if I don't pull what I want right away.
Any WIS and SPR motes acquired between now and then, I can wait and see who else to dive.

Goddamnit, someone beat Fenrir in just over a minute (so 11+ seconds faster than my kill) with a team of: Lightning, Y'Shtola BSB, Eiko BSB, Garnet BSB2, & Onion Knight (don't know why really, they had single target Hastes on both the healers).
I am now determined to replicate this.

Not too long from now, I imagine. Either the return of the VII Torment, or the introduction of the FFIV Torment. 90 Wisdom motes each for completing the 300 JS. There's another 90 from the XIV Torment, but we'll definitely see VII and IV before we see that. There will likely be 30 or so given as CM rewards for a different Torment or from the regular JS of an Event coming up.
The next proper event JS with 30 Wisdom motes will be FFVI (Setzer/Shadow/Gogo/Umaro).
Hm. Since this morning, when I try to start the game it just hangs on the initial splash screen with a spinning loading symbol forever. No error window or crash so far. Has anyone had this problem?
EDIT: Nevermind, I cleared the cache and that fixed it.
On paper, it looks to me like Orlandeau with Legend Dive and OSB can do the 120k damage to skip the Holy Magicite's irresistable character kill at 10 seconds by himself, if he has Legend Dived Shelke (haste + IC3) to help. Shelke has MM, Wraths once, then Entrusts to Orlandeau. Orlandeau Lifesiphons twice and then OSBs twice. The first two Lifesiphons and the first OSB are instant. This should leave about a 1.1 second leeway for inefficient button presses and give enough time for Ramza to cast Shout, but may require Orlandeau to be hit once to finish the second SB bar. Shelke could Wrath twice before Entrusting, but that means targeting Orlandeau while he's waiting to cast his first OSB. Wrathing only once means she can Entrust after Orlandeau has cast his second Lifesiphon - no waiting, easier timing.
