    Immediately, it's in section 2.4:
Each player can have a maximum of seven action cards in his hand at any time. If a player ever has more than seven action cards, he must choose which seven cards he wishes to keep and discard the rest.

    Activate the Centauri-Gral system.
Play "Upgrade" action card to replace Cruiser there with a Dreadnought.
    Exhaust Oucen'n for one resource.
Build two infantry, one on Centauri and one on Gral.

Since Hedgethorn's action shouldn't affect my play:

Play the primary ability of the (4) Production Strategy Card, placing a Space Dock and PDS on Bereg.

All other players (@Elvenshae, @Mojo_Jojo, @Hedgethorn, @Brody, @Preda) to play or pass on the secondary, and declare or decline sabotage on the Arborec action card play, if it has not already been completed.

I wasn't thinking about running them down to zero, no; I've been playing conservative in the case that you really needed to play the Cybernetic Enhancements (although you have plenty of tokens). It's possible that I end up spending them for the objective instead, depending on how much I feel like I need to do this and next turn. When you say "give it back to me", do you mean me giving you Cybernetic Enhancements, or me using your Research Agreement? I still haven't decided if it will be the right time for me to use it this round. It might be better for us to just hold off on using each others' racial promissory notes until next round.

    chirisigtext.png
  • Mojo_JojoMojo_Jojo But do you really believe him? Registered User regular
Well, I meant you giving me back Cybernetic Enhancements next chance you get (probably in the agenda round unless something major happens). The idea being that if I avoid depriving you of a token then you'd kindly see the original trade as worth me having two uses of it

As for my card, I'd prefer you to use it this turn, but that's just because I get more value from selling it again as soon as possible.

When a player produces ground forces, he must place those units on planets that contain a unit that used its production ability.

Yeah, ground units have always only been able to be produced on the planet with the producing Space Dock. The exception (in TI3e) is if the producing player has the Integrated Economy technology, in which Ground Forces (and PDS) could be built in adjacent systems, if they were already activated.

EDIT: This can be observed in the third column of page 26 of the original TI3e rulebook:
Ground Force and PDS units are always built and placed on the planet containing the Space Dock. Ground Force and PDS units cannot move to another planet (including other planets in the same system) unless transported by a Carrier or War Sun.

Man, there are some absolutely outstanding action cards in that deck.

@Preda I'll hold on until I play the card and let people accept/reject the deal at that point as part of them choosing whether to take the secondary. It seems the simplest option and allows for people to make me counter-offers now.
