Wow! You guys want us to pay full price for stollen badges? That's ridiculous. I know you track those badges. There's no reason you can't cancel a badge and replace it. Or in the least charge the cost of the plastic. Even a $10 processing charge would be understandable, but $45 is highway robbery. You guys need to seriously consider changing your policy on this. It's insanely unfair. I flew to Seattle from Florida so I could attend this convention with 8 of my friends and now I'm going to have to miss this and hang out alone because you guys have decided to be insanely greedy.
I'm super disappointed in you.
