Now Jeff is using Dan's pronunciation of Frieza...
Have you guys ever heard of a distraction? Now they can set up an email filter for "frietza" to delete instead of getting a billion emails telling them they are watching it wrong.

I mean you could regularly hear Jeff correct himself in previous entries during a response to Dan so now we get to see him just let it go and take the piss
People put T sounds on pizza, I think it's just one of those weird regional dialect differences. I could swear someone says it wrong like once in the show though, maybe not kai but in the original run? I'm not going to sit through a month runtime of television to figure out though.

I'm pretty sure Dan was pronouncing it correctly in the newest one, so they're pretty much doing a bit. It goes along with Jeff not liking when a bunch of people tell him he should do something.

So I also had a quick read through the episode summaries for Kai (since my only point of reference so far has been Dragonball Z) and I had almost completely forgotten about the stalling tactics that they go through leading up to the point where Goku hits Super Saiyan. They're probably reaching the point where this might start feel like it's dragging

I've never heard Pizza without a t sound.

Actually, I think the Little Caesar's mascot said it without the "t" sound.
What the hell is Wargames called in France, if Patriot Games is Jeux de Guerre?
Still better than what they did to the “Danny Ocean” franchise.

Heh, slightly uncomfortable moment in Giant Bomb Infinite tonight when a Thursday Night Throwdown came on and they spoke to "Intern Nick" off camera about it being his last day. The chat quickly realized it was disgraced former Polygon person Nick Robinson.

I was listening to last week’s after show and twice Jeff said the phrase “I can’t move!” with a certain tone and inflection that is very familiar to me, but I can’t remember what it’s from.

I got major Duffman vibes, but that's probably not what Jeff was referencing.
Google says it's a reference to a Captain America game.

I will be similarly glad if it ever happens to PewDiePie.

Your Google fu is strong my friend. I’ll see if I can’t track something down and report back to confirm.

That "I...can't move!" quote definitely triggered something for me when I heard Jeff say it, and yeah, now that cooljammer00 mentioned the Captain America arcade game, it's totally from that. I think it happens when a character dies. It happens at about 30 seconds here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwnJSvOZjyE
edit: apparently they're actually saying "I can't lose!" and many people, myself included, simply misheard it because of the low quality sample.
Folks chatting about glasses on Thirteen Deadly Sims and Abby commenting that she would enjoy them... you know, I've repeatedly had people who don't wear glasses comment that they think they look stylish and so on and they wish they could wear them.
You're only saying that because you don't have to deal with glasses. Of all the categories my body is falling apart on, eyesight is pretty high on my list of "would do a lot to fix".

Kirby and friends were close to claiming the Soul Edge but were ultimately too late.
It's better because now they at least know they are wrong as opposed to just being wrong.
Amazing burn.

"I.....CAN'T MOVE!"
Here's some of the quality voice acting from that game.

Poor DC had no Captain America and the Avengers equivalent for everyone to rally behind and their theatrical content has suffered as a result.
